This inviting, single-level home brings you dreamy access to miles of even, sandy beach! This home is perfectly positioned with panoramic ocean views, and is just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and everyone's favorite golf course. Sea Princess (MCA 1227) is thoughtfully appointed and well equipped for the whole family- The living room boasts sprightly nautical decor, large ocean-view windows, a cozy wood burning fireplace, TV/DVD, comfy sofas and a large dining table large enough for the whole family.

At the end of the hall you'll find a queen master bedroom featuring a TV/DVD, another bedroom with two sets of bunks, one with a queen on bottom, twin on top, and a third bedroom with twin bunks. You’ll find groceries, dining, interesting shops and myriad outdoor activities, including golf, crabbing, clamming, kayaking, hiking, and fishing, You will love the easy to the beach, dining, shops, and the proximity to golf—this home is sure to be a family favorite!

Perfect spot on the Oregon coast!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It is a very easy walk to the beach. Nice to be a short drive away from the busier part of town. The house was perfect, with plenty of space for our family.

Perfect beach bungalow!

The location of this house could not have been more perfect! We were at the beach several times each day. The beds were comfy, kitchen was fine for simple meals. We had an amazing time!

Steps from the Beach!

The property has an unbeatable location. The property is well maintained and very clean. The kitchen is well furnished if you want to eat in but there are several good restaurants very close to the property.

Amazing location!

We loved our stay! Now that we’re empty nesters, we brought our two dogs to the beach for a week of walks and playtime. The location was important to us and this home was perfect. The beach was not crowded and the restaurants in town were all great. Highly recommend the French toast at Yolk. We will book this home again.

Really great vacation with friends... just far enough from town to feel like we had solitude, an easy walk to the beach and great layout to the house. Appreciated the 3 bedrooms and although the 2nd bath was tiny it was great to have a 2nd bath! New fridge and stove were great for cooking. Had what we needed in the kitchen as far as newer pots/pans, even a crockpot. No Tupperware or tin foil etc and a few leftover spices in case you forgot yours. No wine glasses but plenty of dishes and silverware. We loved it and will be back.

Perfect weekend with old friends

This house is a PERFECT location for a low-key weekend with friends. The cabin is nestled in the grassy dunes with intimate views of the coast. Waking up in the morning and walking a short trail to the beach with my cup of coffee was a highlight. Being able to walk to town via the beach makes this cabin the perfect location for privacy and proximity to the touristy center of Manzanita we love. HIGHLY recommend this place!

Manzanita Beach

It was fun to go back. My in-laws built this cabin in 1972. Much in the same, but lovely new flooring, livingroom furniture and kitchen appliances. View of the sunset and short walk to the beach. Sadly, you can no longer watch the waves from the cabin.

Best place ever

The house was perfect. The living room, dining room and kitchen looked out across the dune grass to the beautiful ocean. We had two beautiful sunsets before the clouds settled in. It was quiet and peaceful. It was healing. Thank you.

Great quiet location

Location was great. Property needs some updating but was humble and quaint. Plumbing was wonky and could be fixed with a couple trips to the hardware store. If those could be addressed, it would justify the cost and we would be willing to stay again. We still had a very nice time with family and the kitchen was suitable for some great meals. Management was responsive and nice. Hope this helps!

Gross carpeting

Location was beautiful. Didn’t even mind the double wide because of its location. Owner needs to upgrade some things. Carpeting was disgusting. Lots of $ to pay for a disgusting carpet. Was clean in other respects. Hard to trust vrbo/Meredith in the future. Plan to,agar this experience.

Good location, nasty and outdated house

The good news is that the location is fantastic. The really bad news is that the house and furniture might have been considered modern in the ‘70s. The beds are uncomfortable. The carpet is just nasty. There are many repairs that are needed- many that have been outlined in previous reviews that make the think that the management team just doesn’t care about the state of the property. The locks on the exterior doers are flimsy. This one is a lemon folks!

Outdated and dirty!!!

Upon entering there was a very must moldy smell. There was so much dust on the heater vent we had to scrape it off and clean it before turning on the heater. The couches were covered in dog hair. The bathroom situation was the worst. The bathroom tiles are literally falling off of the walls, the shower head is very old and uncomfortable to use with the water temperature rapidly changing from hot to cold. There was visible mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and parts of the blinds are missing in the bathroom and bedrooms compromising our privacy. The location is great, but there’s much to be done to call this place a vacation home. We were so disappointed we left an entire day early. I’m hopeful that the necessary repairs will be made.

We spent more than we usually do for our 25th Anniversary

Worst VRBO we've ever seen. They had nerve to charge us more than we normally would spend for a run-down awful property. Picture was good but didn't show the cigarette burns, couch with springs coming out, broken at bottom of fridge and so much more. We will never rent from Meredith prop again and we are spreading the word that they are scammers. We are so upset that our 25th anniv. was ruined. We were also concerned about catching something from the property.. Worried about bedbugs. We felt that we were ripped off and they knew the property was horrible. I have pictures!

Needs some work

Although close to the beach, it was not worth the money I paid. Carpet burns, stained and worn Curtain pulls unattached and or missing Light bulbs burned out Wall paper peeling Paint peeling and bubbling Light over stove not working Lower dining counter about to fall off Refrigerator noisy Generally unkempt wall and trim surfaces Couch not comfortable…broken? Furniture needs refinishing Place smells No dog sheets in bin Rusty vent registers throughout Sink faucet malfunctioning Towel holders in bath about to fall off. Wall outlet not working in first bedroom Windows unlocked in two bedrooms Window screen falling off Refrigerator kick plate missing Kitchen blinds damaged Curtain in main shower inadequate to contain water
