Bedroom 1 includes a queen-size bed with a luxurious foam mattress, pillows, linens, and sheets provided for your comfort.

Bedroom 2 features two full-size beds, a walk-in closet, and a private bathroom for your convenience.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in according to the Building Parking Policy.
Below are some examples that will be turned away at the time of check in:
1. Breathalyzer cars, Jerry-rigged or unsound controls, faulty brakes.
2. Large Vehicles - Includes sprinter vans, long economy vans, 10 passengers or more, anything lifted beyond height maximum 6'8
3. Dually Trucks or service trucks - very wide wheel wheels or lockers and containers. (too dangerous to maneuver in the garage.)
4. Anything lifted after-market or with larger custom rims and tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles other than car-type controls.
Pets are permitted based on their size; please notify us in advance and disclose your intention to bring a pet to prevent any potential cancellation. An additional cleaning fee per pet will be charged.
Depending on the duration of your stay, fees for bringing a pet vary as follows: if staying between 1 to 4 nights, there is a charge of $35 per night; for stays lasting from 5 to 29 nights, a fee of $250 per pet applies; and for stays of 30 nights or longer, the fee increases to $400 per pet.
The company is not responsible for any building maintenance or repairs.
GUEST VERIFICATION PRIOR TO STAY IS REQUIRED
To meet legal obligations and property security guidelines, you may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, complete our verification portal, and possibly undergo a background check. Rest assured, this information is only used for screening purposes and is neither stored nor utilized for any other purposes.

Upon booking, guests must comply with our rental terms and conditions, furnish a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in, undergo a background check if mandated by the property management or owner as outlined in the rental agreement and booking terms, and finalize our verification process to receive check-in instructions.
Guests must provide necessary information within 24 hours of booking (within 1 hour for same-day bookings). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification criteria.
Every reservation carries a $55 damage protection charge covering accidental damages up to $150.
