The Space:
Welcome to our sophisticated Dallas bungalow remodeled in 2024!

Step inside to the modern living space which has a desirable open concept perfect for large groups allowing great entertainment and flow between the kitchen, dining, and living room. The living room has a fireplace (electric), mounted TV, and ample seating. Plenty of room for families and holiday gatherings.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream with beautiful quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, gas range, fully stocked cookware, dinnerware, serving-ware, coffee bar, cocktail shaker set, and kitchen appliances. Abundant counter space for ideal catering and serving to guests. Find a seat at the breakfast bar or large dining table!

There are 4 total bedrooms and a versatile 2nd living space upstairs with sleeper sofa (sleeps 2).

Bedroom 1 (downstairs, sleeps 2) has picturesque views of the back yard with sliding doors out to back deck. A beautiful king-size canopy bed, large dresser, black out curtains, mounted TV, and highly rated memory foam mattress and sheets await you. Spa-like ensuite bathroom and closet attached.

Bedroom 2 (downstairs, sleeps 2) has a twin size daybed and twin size trundle bed suitable for up to two guests, highly rated memory foam mattress, desk, and comfortable chair.

Bedroom 3 (upstairs, sleeps 5) has queen over queen bunk bed and twin size trundle bed, highly rated memory foam mattress, mounted TV, closet, and shared Jack and Jill bathroom with bedroom 4.

Bedroom 4 (upstairs, sleeps 3) features a king size bed and twin size rollaway bed, highly rated memory foam mattress, dresser, mounted TV, and shared Jack and Jill bathroom with bedroom 3.

Bathroom 1: Downstairs, Ensuite bathroom off bedroom 1/primary with huge marble walk in shower room, freestanding soaking tub, double rain shower heads with spray bars, double sinks, and large walk-in closet.

Bathroom 2: Downstairs, half bathroom located off the front entry with sink and toilet.

Bathroom 3: Upstairs, half bathroom located off 2nd living space.

Bathroom 4: Upstairs, Jack and Jill bathroom shared between 3rd and 4th bedroom with double sinks, combo shower/tub with rain shower head and spray bar.

The backyard retreat features a back deck perfect for entertaining, dining table and chairs, modern arbor with sun shade and solar string lights, comfortable conversation seating, fire pit (propane tank included), hot tub with lights and waterfall. Enjoy watching your favorite movies, shows, and sports games outdoors on the mounted TV. Stay in and cook with an outdoor gas BBQ grill (tankless natural gas stub). HUGE grassy backyard and beautiful landscaping provides a tranquil atmosphere for relaxing in the big city. Plenty of backyard games including cornhole, volleyball, and bocce ball.

All 6 large screen Smart TV’s have Roku, Hulu, Netflix, HBO Max, etc. There is also cable access to many stations.

The Gretel is located in a quiet neighborhood great for taking daily walks or a bike ride. Walk to Cherrywood Park & playground!

The Gretel is centered in the Medial District, close to major hospitals such as Parkland, Scottish Rite, UT Southwestern Medical Center, American Airlines Center, Airports, Market Hall, Uptown, Oaklawn, and Dallas night life.

Other Things to Note:
Friendly pups are welcome but must be approved first (2 pet max). Please reach out if booking with pets. There is a $50 fee per pet charged separate.
