My wife and daughter had a great girls getaway. Initially there was an issue with the heating unit; the rental team was available after hours right away, and had someone to fix it within 20 minutes. They would highly recommend the Tiny Barn.

This is a great place, my wife and I were really happy with it. It is very close (like 5 minutes) walk to Douglas Beach. This beach is very small but nice. There are larger public beaches a short drive away, especially Saugatuck Dunes State Park, if you want something less crowded. The Tiny Barn itself is adorable and felt very private with the fencing. If you have any mobility issues, I would not recommend because the loft with the bed is small with a low ceiling and narrow staircase. Its a great place for a couple but would be very tight for more people than that.

We absolutely loved staying at the Tiny Barn! Besides being soooooo cute and rustic looking, it had all the modern ammenities you could ask for.....tv, wi-fi, appliances, etc. It was very clean and did i say sooo very cute?!! It is in a safe and quiet neighborhood and literally a two minute walk to the beach. We watched a beautiful sunset one night. We could see the water from the balcony off the bedroom in the loft. We loved watching the deer up close everyday. This was a unique and totally different kind of place we've ever stayed and totally recommend it to everyone. Just one thing to note which wasn't a problem for us....someone with mobility issues could have a problem at the top of the stairs accessing the bed in the loft but there is a grab bar there to assist. We definitely plan to stay there again on our next trip to the area.
