このコテージはダグラスビーチからわずか1ブロックの距離にあるため、湖の音を聞くことができます。 この愛らしいコテージには、2つのベッドルーム（それぞれに専用のバスルームがあります）と、くつろいでリラックスできる場所がたくさんあります！ サンルーム、バックパティオ、またはビーチまで歩いてすぐです。 ピッコロコテージは、ダグラスのダウンタウンまたはソーガタックへの車または自転車での簡単なアクセスです。

注：7月中の週単位のレンタル中のみ。 場合を除き、宿泊施設は到着の2〜3週間前に利用できます。

A perfect getaway! Kids’ room was spacious and comfy, everything was clean, there were thoughtful beach amenities, and the location was perfect. 10/10 would recommend!

Michael, we are very disappointed that you only gave Piccolo Cottage 3 stars. To be honest, we have never had a complaint regarding this adorable and quaint cottage in all the years we have managed it (over 8 years). If anything, it is truly one of our more popular properties (people come back year after year) A 3-star review negatively impacts the property. Again, a 3-star review seems quite harsh for something we or the property has no control of. Jaqua Vacations

The home was very clean and well represented. It had everything that we could have asked for. The property management firm was amazing and checked in constantly to insure that we had what we needed. I was very impressed. The location was perfect for us, easy drive to Saugatuck and a nice walk to the beach. I highly recommend it to anyone that wants a quiet spot with easy access to many activities.

Great location! Great home! Close to everything! Only thing I would suggest is to put a small, thin table in 2nd bathroom for toiletries. Besides that, it truly was a great vacation rental!

Clean, great location

Cottage floor plan was different but worked out well for our girls weekend. Comfortable furniture, kitchen had the basics. Very clean, would absolutely stay again.

Fantastic stay again!

Second time staying here and I cannot say enough about this place. Super cute cottage and the location is perfection! Quick walk to the beach and every amenity needed for a relaxing stay. Love this place and hope to book it a third time! 😊

Wonderful getaway!

Truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Proximity to the beach and other attractions is unbeatable. Close to everything but far away enough for a relaxing, quiet time. Would love to come back!!

The interior was clean and decorated very pleasant! Outside just needed a little sweeping and ants were busy, but location was great for walking to Douglas Beach! I did leave two item in bathroom top right drawer and sent a request to mail without a response .

Piccolo Cottage

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at the Piccolo Cottage. The Cottage was the perfect size for the two of us, and we felt very comfortable. It was also in a great location. I would definitely stay there again.

Cozy Vibe, Great Location

Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Location is amazing; we walked to the beach. Only issues were master shower not working properly and floors overall were dirty (but everything else was very clean). Loved staying there! Highly recommend!

Perfect Location!

Perfect location for girl’s weekend! This is our second stay! We enjoyed time in Saugatuck, Douglas & Holland with this central location. The VRBO was clean & the just the right size. We will be back again!

Excellent Stay

The Piccolo cottage was even better than the pictures. Every detail about the property was thought out. The house was gorgeous. Close driving distance to town or a quick walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here.

Great house in great location

Great house in great location. Would definitely stay again. House is very clean, has nice amount of space and a good size backyard. There are also beach chairs and umbrellas. Walk to the Douglas beach and along the lake.
