About this property

CUSTOM LOG HOME WITH FIREPLACE, FIRE-PIT AND HOT TUB

If you want to stay at a one of a kind custom log home with craftsman detail throughout this is the cabin for you. The cabin is private but not secluded with easy access close to all western NC has to offer. Private outdoor living as well 5 person hot tub and fire pit. Both bedrooms have king size beds with custom bunk beds in loft area too. The large fireplace is real wood burning, we do provide firewood for our guest. Fully stocked kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops throughout. Master bath has a cast iron soaker tub as well as a walk in shower with travertine tile on floor and shower walls. Second bath has a tub/shower combo with travertine floors and granite counter top. Both bedroom's have a 40" TVs, loft has a 55"TV and downstairs living has a 40"TV. The cabin does have WIFi. This is a Nonsmoking and non-pet property.

House was perfect. Tucked away from everything but smack in the middle of everywhere you wanna visit. Super clean and had everything you need for a great stay. Would recommend that you bring you own fire stick to turn the downstairs tv into a smart tv. Tv upstairs is a smart tv. Hot tub and firepit were a perfect way to wind down at the end of everyday. Would highly recommend.

I cannot rave enough about our stay here. From the moment we walked through the door we felt at home. It was the first time my husband and I have gotten away in a long time and it was just perfect. Secluded enough to feel alone but close enough to other things. The hosts also had lots of great extras that a lot of VRBO’s do not, like a hotel, shampoo and conditioner, soaps, laundry products, and so on. We also absolutely loved the town of Hendersonville and ate dinner at Brandy’s on Main which was delicious.

This is a beautifully built log home! We found it to be comfortable, clean, and close to Hendersonville and Ashville for lots of things to do - Ecusta Trail, Chimney Rock State Park, and Biltmore Estate, to name a few. We found a fun escape room and a bowling alley as well! Our North Caroline vacation was extremely enjoyable!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Moss Log Cabin, especially the fireplace and hot tub! The home was very clean, had lots of character and everything we needed for a weekend getaway. It was an easy drive to Hendersonville and local vineries. Would definitely come back again!

We are both six generation natives of Hendersonville and love western NC. We have raised our family here and built a business building custom log homes for 28 years.

Why they chose this property

The cabin is very special to us we have taken a lot of time and handcrafted a lot of the details in this cabin. To us it's a piece of art and we take a lot of pride in it. We want to share with other people and hope they enjoyed as much as we do.

What makes this property unique

The cabin has a large wood-burning fireplace, hardwood floors throughout, granite countertops, travertine tile in the bathrooms, Both bedrooms have king-size beds and TVs, A wonderful bunk bed area in the loft, A large sitting area in the loft with a 55 inch TV and wonderful outside living space with hot tub and fire pit. The property is very private and has an easy access road.
