About this property

Charming 2-bedroom house in beautiful Fort Myers close to the beaches

Cozy yet spacious home with everything you will need at your home away from home. Times Square at Ft Myers Beach and the Sanibel Causeway are both a short five mile drive from the house. Surrounded by shopping, dining and golf courses.

Living area has plenty of seating and a smart tv. Kitchen is fully stocked to make meals at home. Plenty of pots and pans, dishes, keurig, drip coffee maker, crockpot and toaster. Dining table has seating for six. Both bedrooms have smart TVs and mini split AC units. Primary bedroom has a king size bed and secondary bedroom has a queen size bed. Each bedroom has an unattached bathroom.

Large screened in patio for outdoor living offers an additional dining area. BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. Community pool is a short walk down the street.
