Originalmente construida en 1954, esta casa de playa modelo incluye tres dormitorios y dos baños. Cada habitación tiene su propia televisión y decoración de playa: la sala de vela (Queen Size); la sala de sol (cama de matrimonio); y Surf Room (cama nido). Tiene capacidad para 6 personas, con un sofá cama que puede alojar a dos personas adicionales (capacidad máxima de 8). TV por cable e Internet inalámbrico están incluidos. Hay terrazas en la parte delantera y trasera de la casa para sentarse, relajarse y disfrutar de una refrescante brisa marina o contemplar las exóticas palmeras de Florida. Spring Break 2025

We had an amazing stay! Location was perfect for me and my two teen kids. Three minute walk across the street to the portion of Fort Myers Beach that was not crowded at all! Had so much space on the Beach!The property was so much more than the pictures. Lisa was an excellent host, when our flight changed she had no problem allowing us an extra day for a daily rate, she was so responsive.Short drive to Sanibel and Captiva Island!This house is a little slice of heaven!

Highly Recommend!

Absolutely perfect for our family of 5! Quiet neighborhood and only a 2 minute walk to a beautiful, quiet beach. Big grocery store about 6 blocks away. House was very clean and a perfect size for our family. We appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels to use. Lisa, the owner, was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Comfortable and convenient!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in FMB and your cottage was a large part of that. One block walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, proximity to the grocery store. Kitchen with everything needed for breakfast, lunch and basic cooking. Comfortable beds, Laundry! Parking! Responsive host! A wonderful time, thank you!

Repeat Guests for Girls Trip

This is our second time staying in this vacation home and we will be back. Easy check in. The home is always clean and stocked. Publix is within walking distance, I recommend taking your own canvas bags. The beach is 2 blocks away. We prefer to rent chairs and umbrellas at the North end but you can take your own directly across the street. Uber is easily available but we loved grabbing the golf cart taxis from up town. Margaritaville is open to the public and was a fun place to spend a rainy day, they have trivia and bingo at La Di Dah. We had a great time!

Lovely home close to the beach

We had a great vacation at this house with our family. The house was extremely clean. It was nicely decorated, and fresh. We have four kids, so one of our children slept on the pullout couch, which worked well. It is a very short walk to the beach - maybe three minutes. They had four beach chairs and an umbrella as well as beach towels available for use. There were sufficient kitchen supplies for us to be able to cook. My only suggestion would be to have a couple folding chairs in the closet for use at the kitchen table. There were four chairs and we have six people in our family. We would love to come back!

Home away from home

My husband, mother-in-law and I had a great time at this house! Communication with the owners and caretakers was excellent and check-in was super easy. The whole place is beautifully updated. It was a short walk to the beach but we enjoyed relaxing on the front deck just as much. We also enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and we found some excellent restaurants just a few minutes away. It really was our home away from home!

Great location for short daily walks to the beach.

We have rented this location three times and have never been disappointed. The owner is very responsive if you need anything during the stay. Recent renovations are tastefully done and fit with the concept of a Beach House. There are multiple televisions if your party can’t decide on what to watch. Gas grill, sand toys and beach chairs are available for use. We plan to keep coming back each year. Great place.

Home away from home

#664914 My husband and I rented this lovely home for 5 weeks. The house is fully furnished with everything one needs for a fun beach vacation and then some. Very comfortably appointed inside & out. There are beach chairs, umbrella, toys also has cable TV in the living room as well as all three bedrooms. Free Wi-Fi, a nice fenced in backyard and two comfortable porches . It is truly only a few minute walk to Fort Myers Beach & a short walk to Publix. The neighborhood and neighbors could not have made us feel more welcome. We will surely be back.

Beach break!

The property was a short walk to the beach, 2 minutes. Everything from a sand wagon, beach chairs, towel, etc were provided. We used the cooler to bring our own drinks and food to beach. There was plenty of room for us to relax and two large refrigerators to use, one in the kitchen and one in the storage area. Lisa was a text away, very helpful. We walked to the nightlife once, then used Uber. It is close to Publix for shopping. It is quiet, far from the noisy, congested area of the island. We had a wonderful time and the amenities saved us many runs to the store. We will return in future!

Good relaxing vacay.

Location was perfect. Check in process was excellent. The Ship shape managers were in touch and attentive to us from start to finish. The house was full of beach decor which made you feel comfy and relaxed. If you forgot something just look in drawers as there are alot of things at your fingertips and this could save you a trip out to store. There was room for the 2 of us with plenty to spare. The kitchen lacked a dish washer but for just 2 of us, that was no problem. Loved the blender for our fruit smoothies. If we had cooked in for a larger crowd, some microwave cookware would be nice, but there were alot of other cooking utensils to choose from. The front deck was very nice. The back deck needs some repair. The desk is a nice touch. The dining table is a nice size. All televisions worked fine, and we had no problems getting access to WiFI and all that stuff. The Trolley stop and beach access is an easy walk and you could not have a better location. Trolley was great fun and convenient to use. The neighborhood is great for walking or biking and would be a very safe ride area for little kids. There were plenty of extra cleaning items just in case of need for spills , etc. The high touch areas seemed clean, but I chose to double clean, as that is what I personally do everywhere we go. The linens on the bed were very clean and crisp. The mattress on bed was not as comfy as I would have liked (I passed this on to managers as appropriate). I would have given score of 5 otherwise. This was our first time ever to this area, and we did have a great time.

Beach Family Vacation

This property is absolutely beautiful!! Stocked with towels and all linens. Owners were absolutely amazing and very prompt and helpful. Fireworks on the beach were stunning, this place is the perfect place for a family. It's about a 1-2 minute walk to the perfect spot on the beach ❤ we will ABSOLUTELY BOOK IF AVAILABLE ON OUR NEXT TRIP!!

Perfect for a Family

This home was a perfect set-up for our small family. First impression upon entering was that it was very clean , light, many areas to sit alone or with others. Three nice sized bedrooms and best of all two FULL bathrooms. We had 3 adults and a 2 yr old toddler on this visit and that second rest room with showers in both kept us on time and ready to go ! Nicely surprised that plenty of shampoo, bath tissue, basic kitchen essentials were provided. The balcony’s on the front and back were a fantastic place to enjoy my book and morning coffee before the heat of the day. AC in the unit worked fantastic and was essential after temps in the mid 90’s each day. We were able to enjoy the beach carts /toys each day and everything you need for a day on the beach is provided ( bring your own sunscreen) including an beach umbrella. The walk to the beach is literally 3 minutes,! The outside lower level was a perfect spot to play cards ,have cocktails in the evenings. Perfect location, quiet neighborhood for a low key vacation. Do not rent if you are looking for all night , loud parties. Would not be received well. This is mid-island neighborhood and far away from the pretty people that party until dawn !If you’re looking for that type of vacation you need to book down near the pier at the other end of the island. We used the trolley (1.50 per person) to get to dinner, bar, Publix. Everything is fairly close and we had zero issues getting what we needed. Owners were extremely quick to respond, check in was so easy. No issues. I can’t imagine ever using a hotel again , when traveling with a group. We will use this home again and will plan our next trip around its availability. Five stars!
