Olet noin 10 minuutin golf cart kyydin järven Sumter Landing josta löydät Winn-Dixie päivittäistavarakaupan tarpeisiin. Olet myös noin 15 minuutin golf cart kyydin Colony Plaza jos etsit Walgreens apteekki, pankkipalvelut, vaate- kauppoja, ravintoloita ja enemmän. Makuuhuoneessa on mukava king size-vuode, suuri kävellä kaappiin, ja oma master kylpyamme. Vieras makuuhuoneessa on mukava queen-vuode ja taulutelevisio vieraasi tuntemaan olonsa kotoisaksi. Villa is located in a very convenient spot for all you need to comfortably stay. Clean and quiet area. The owner has provided everything you need to begin your stay. The owner is very responsive to any questions and is willing to provide suggestions to make your stay go well.

Great location, nice kitchen and grill

Good location, near adult pool, family pool, golf, pickleball, grocery store. Well stocked kitchen. Nice gas grill. Electric golf cart did not hold charge real well, longer excursions needed to be planned but only a minor issue. We stayed 30 days. Our guests enjoyed their visit. We would rent this property again

It provides all the comforts of home, conveniently located to shops, grocery stores, and entertainment. It had everything I need to make my stay enjoyable.

The villa was very nicely very. The golf cart needed overhauling. The owner paid to have that done. The dishwasher also broke. He had it fixed. The delay in using the golf cart was a diapointment. We had a very nice time.

Cozy home, great location!

This was my first visit to the Villages and a gift to my parents. John was the perfect host and was available by phone to answer any question I had during my stay. His house was the perfect size and had a well equipped kitchen for the nights we wanted to cook or grill in. The golf cart was a nice addition and we were able to go anywhere we wanted to during the week using the golf cart. Enjoyed our week here and would stay in Johns house again!

Ideal - Low Key - Recommend

Enjoyed the house and location so much that we would gladly return in 2019 --- if available. The home is comfortable with all amenities, including a golf cart and bicycles. John has more decor upgrades in mind that will only make the home more attractive. Everything inside the home was clean and well cared for. Since we left the snow behind and were enjoying the beautiful weather in Florida, for a brief moment I was tempted to do a little yard work around the property. Definitely recommend.

Nice house in a great location

A very nice two bed, two bathroom house in a great location in the Villages near lots of great activities including the Pimlico pickleball courts. The house had everything we needed and a kitchen with every utensil we could want including a kettle for us Brits wanting a cup of tea. The house is undergoing improvements, e.g. up to date flat-screen TVs will be introduced in March, which will improve it further. While the house was clean the plastic house plants were dusty and in need of a thorough clean or disposal. John the owner was pleasant and easy to deal with and responded quickly when we had questions or things that needed sorting out.

It was a wonderful two weeks but too cold! Loved it!

John, We really enjoyed your villa and it was perfect for the two of us. Your directions in the binder were great. The only item you didn't answer was about the headlights on the golf cart. It appeared to have them but we couldn't figure out how to turn them on; no worries, we used our car at night. We appreciated the bicycles, which we rode daily. Your location was perfect for us and we would like to rent from you again; maybe in February when it might be warmer in a couple of years! I tried to help your cleaning people out by stripping the bed and doing a wash and running the dishwasher the morning of our departure. Your new floor is beautiful! Thanks again, and I'm assuming that the refund will be put back on my credit card? Take care! Jan Anastasi

A "home from home"

John's villa was a "home from home" and equipped with everything you could possibly need including a golf buggy which is a great way to get around The Villages. We stayed 20 days and thoroughly enjoyed the golf with access to numerous courses plus the free entertainment in all 3 Village Squares. John's home is in a great location only 5 minutes from Fresh Market and Publix supermarkets along with well known restaurants. Access to a quiet pool is only around the corner as is a golf course. We wish we could have stayed longer and we are already in process to make plans for another visit in the future Thanks John

Great experience

This was the first time that I have used VRBO. It was a great experience. The homeowner made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The home is in a great location and has everything you will need. It was very clean and comfortable. I am planning on renting it again next summer!!

My interest is providing a quality vacation location for travelers.

This community is the friendliest I have found in a number of years. The community provide for recreational activities at over 15 recreation centers, have travel groups, and much more.

In December 2017, a luxury ceramic floor tile was installed to replace carpeting (except for the two bedrooms) and older flooring for your better enjoyment of this cozy Patio Villa vacation home. Also a Sunsetter retractable lighted awning was installed in December so you may better enjoy your evenings outside on the side patio sitting in the comfortable patio furniture.

In 2019, a new BBQ grill was added to the lanai.

In March 2020, I upgraded the lights in the kitchen with LED decorator four suspended lights from the ceiling. I replaced the entrance ceiling light with a LED decorator suspended light. Lights have been added to each of the four room fans. A new LED ceiling light was added in the garage. Landscaping was upgraded and perennial flowering plants added. The driveway and sidewalks were repainted. The house was pressure washed. Sidewalk lights were added to ease guests walking on the driveway and sidewalks. Dimmer light switches were added to the Dining Room, Kitchen and front entrance lights for you to enjoy bright lights or softer dimmer lights. Your choice.

The appliances have been well maintained. There is a NEST thermostat for your comfort setting. In 2017, a new blower motor for the air conditioned was installed, a new water pump for the dishwasher installed, a whisper high speed garbage disposal installed and both the dryer and washing machine have been improved with new components for quieter operations.
