Loved the Lavender theme. Really a cute little place to stay for our group. Had all the necessities we needed. Check in was easy and there were instructions on the counter for checkout. If we ever need a place to stay again in that area, we will definitely pick Lavender Farms.

We didn't receive any check in information. I messaged the host the day of our stay and requested it. Upon arrival the entire house smelled strongly of mildew. It was incredibly pungent. When I pulled out the sofa bed for our son, it was covered in dead insects. The home did not appear clean.

Really enjoyed our stay! Wish I could give 4.5 stars. Communication was excellent and the check in process was simple. The wifi was a little confusing; password was provided but not the network, and we couldn't join any of the networks that popped up as options (unsure of written character; S or 5?). Would have emailed and asked, but it was 10pm and we were trying to watch the NCAA tournament and couldn't. No tissues and TP was very thin. Only coffee for Keurig was peppermint mocha; nothing "regular." I do suggest that you check in when it's still light (which we did); would stay again!

This little house was quite roomy and cozy. The host provided check-in and WiFi information on request only, but responded quickly to all our questions. WiFi was spotty, which probably isn't unusual this deep in the countryside. The washer was broken when we got there. The kitchen cupboards were full, yet I couldn't find a matching lid for the big pot, nor was there a ladle. There were 2 versions of the check-out instructions: one unedited one on the living room table, and one edited one in the kitchen. I almost overlooked the edited version in the kitchen.Lots of deer in the neighborhood made this a very interesting stay for us and our pup!
