This beautiful and comfortable condo is a very short walk to the beach. shops and restaurants. As you enjoy the scenic view from the lanai, you will agree this is the best location in Maui Banyan! With a fully equipped kitchen. a comfortable king bed and everything you need at the beach (chairs, towels, cooler, umbrella), this home provides all you need for a fun and relaxing vacation!

THE CONDO
Enjoy one of the best locations in Maui Banyan. Walk down one flight of steps and you are steps from the pool and one minute from beautiful Kamaole 2 beach! The condo has beautiful and unique furnishings and art for a wonderful Olina (Hawaiian for "joy") vacation feel.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the utensils and full-sized appliances you use at home, including a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave and refrigerator. There is also a washer and dryer.

The bedroom features a king bed and spacious shower. For your entertainment, there is a smart TV in the living and the bedroom, with basic cable and free Wi-Fi.

The unit is perfectly situated to feel the cool trade winds in the afternoon, and it has AC for extra cooling when needed. Out on the balcony, you can enjoy a relaxing meal and ocean breezes, and you will find beach chairs, towels, a cooler, umbrella and boogie boards for your trips to the beach. Beach towels are provided, and there is a washer/dryer in the unit.

The building has an elevator, but this second-floor unit is also next to the stairs for quick access to the pool and beach. The unit number is G201 - it is in building G at the end closest to the beach.

This unit includes free parking in an assigned space in the parking garage.

MAUI BANYAN RESORT
The resort has two beautiful swimming pools with hot tub, BBQ area, picnic tables and lots of lounge chairs. BBQ utensils are provided to grill yourself some food down by the pool. You have your own reserved space for free parking in the parking garage.

Maui Banyan Resort HOA requires you to provide your email address and mobile phone number and to provide the first and last name of each person staying in the unit.

KAMAOLE BEACH 2
Beautiful, uncrowded beach with excellent snorkeling, soft sand, washrooms, lifeguard station, outdoor shower and reef safe sunscreen dispenser. Soft golden sand extends into very swimmable water, stunning views and sunsets in the evening.

This was our first time in Maui! Prior to reaching the listing our host Thomas provided me with all the information I needed to enter the property. It was clean and easy to maintain. Supplies went above and beyond. From the toiletries to the kitchen and out to the beach supplies, we had everything we needed! The bed was large and very comfortable! It was in walking distance to not only the beach but great food and drink options as well( highly recommend getting Ube gelato). We enjoyed many nights watching the sunset from the balcony as well as down at the beach. Either view did not disappoint. The heated pool and hot tub area were also very nicely maintained. The only issue we had was parking. However, If you get something smaller than a third row suv you will be fine!

Absolutely loved our stay!We've stayed in several other units in this complex over the years, and this was one of our absolute favorite stays - the location is ideal, directly across the street from the beach, with ocean and mountain views and hearing the sounds of the waves from the lanai. I spent hours relaxing out there, from morning coffee to evening cocktails. The almost direct access (just down the steps) to the lower pool is very nice, and we loved all of the thoughtful "extras" left for guest use - boogie boards, beach chairs, a wagon, a cooler. The unit was sparkling clean. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook/bake/barbecue at home. I also appreciated having plenty of nice quality linens, bath mats, and bath and kitchen towels, beach towels, comfortable furnishings, and in-unit laundry.The closeness to everything and walkability is ideal - grocery store is just an easy mile or so walk, out favorite coffee shop with yummy breakfast sandwiches and acai bowls, awesome restaurants are almost directly adjacent. Loved our stay and we can't wait to return, we'll look forward to choosing this unit again in the future! Thank you!

Kihei is amazing! We love its sun-drenched beaches, vibrant marine life, and laid-back charm, It is usually sunny, warm and dry, perfect for outdoor activities like paddleboarding or exploring nearby attractions such as the Maui Ocean Center.

Kihei has a small-town vibe, diverse dining, and stunning views of Molokini Crater and neighboring islands create a blend of natural beauty and relaxed aloha spirit.

Kamaole Beach offers calm, crystal-clear waters ideal for swimming, snorkeling, and spotting green sea turtles or humpback whales during winter migrations.

What makes this property unique

Our condo is ideally located on the second floor at the end of resort closest to the beach. You get to experience a wonderful view, and at the same time can pop down a flight of stairs to get to the pool or a very short walk to the beach. It is set back far enough from S. Kihei Rd to be peaceful and quiet while at the same time being super convenient for walking to the beach or the many restaurants and shops along that road.
