- Extra daily cleaning upon request at additional cost.
- There is a strict NO smoking policy INSIDE all of our villa areas. There will be a hefty deep cleaning fee applied to those who do not comply with this standard. Smoking is only allowed outside the villa.
- A refundable security deposit of 1500 US dollar (or equivalent in other currency) will be required upon arrival.
- Pool serviced twice a week.
- In case of loss of gate remote: replacement fee is 5000 Thai baht.
