The originally booked villa was unavailable due to a booking issue. We would’ve had to cancel and they get refunded through Vrbro or they can stay at an alternate villa, and the guest chose the alternative. When Whispering Palms later became available, they viewed it but preferred to remain in the alternate villa. During the stay, several property policies were not followed, and we would not host this guest again.
