コットンハウスは丘の途中の角地にあります。 （17）ソーラーパネルと12,000ガロンの貯水槽を備えた「グリーン」ハウスで、雨水を集めて家のために浄化します。 メインハウスに2つの専用バスルームがあり、宿泊施設の後ろにある独立したコテージに3つ目の専用ベッドルームがあります。
リビング/ダイニングの素晴らしい部屋のポケットフレームに陥る床から天井までのスライド式ガラスドアで構成される3つのウィンドウ「壁」があります。 これは、一日中家の中を流れるさわやかな涼しい風を作り出します。

The property is in superb condition. The host is sincerely concerned that guests enjoy every aspect of their stay. Communication is excellent, with clear instructions about the house and appliances, and the host offers great restaurant and recreational recommendations to enhance a stay in Antigua.

Beautiful place, amazing view, plenty of room for 3 couples, Jen is an amazing host, and Marissa the property manger is amazing as well. There are some stray kitties that I loved and took care of and wish I could’ve taken home with me. I hope who stays there next will take care of the babies as well! Pool was great, hot tub was amazing, we met the pool guy he was even amazing. There’s a washer and dryer, acs in the bedrooms, lots of privacy. Beautiful place, amazing management, highly recommended.

Amazing Views!

The sweeping ocean views from this stay are absolutely mesmerizing—sunrises, sunsets, and sea breezes included. The Host was attentive to our needs, very quick to respond. We loved it and did not want to leave! Breathtaking property!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, difficult to split our time between the beautiful beaches and the villa but a nice problem to have! Renting a car was necessary due to the steep hill but felt very privileged to wake up to such fantastic views each morning.Communication was seamless and would love to return at some point in the future. Lovely stay

The villa is gorgeous, very tastefully decorated and well-appointed. The location is ideal for Jolly Harbour/beach and many local amenities. Gorgeous house and views

We were two couples at Cotton House for a week. The house has everything you can imagine, including spices so you don’t have to buy them if you are going to do some cooking. Marisa, the property manager was wonderful. At one point one of the air conditioners began leaking and she had a repair person there within hours. We could have been happy to just stay at the house all day, but dragged ourselves away from the views to do some beach exploring each day. The only drawback was some construction noise, but hopefully that will be over with soon. We have stayed at many rental homes and this was definitely one of the very best.

Best House We've Ever Rented!

The pictures don't do it justice... The view was incredible, furnishings modern, beds extremely comfortable, outdoor space mesmerizing. If we come back to Antigua, we are definitely staying in this house again!

Breathtaking Views from the Cotton House in Antigua!

My husband and I and his cousin and wife stayed for 14 days in this beautiful home. We are from Michigan.When you enter the home, you are immediately drawn to the verandah to check out the amazing views! we had several mornings with big, beautiful rainbows!The house is just as described, and pictures do not do it justice at all! The beds are very comfortable! The kitchen was put to good use as the guys cooked majority of our meals! It was nice to have a washer/dryer as well, so go ahead and pack light!Restaurants that we ate at were: Miracles; Big Head Lobster; Basilica, Sandra's and Smilin' Harry's and they were all very good!Definitely recommend renting a car! we were able to get out and go exploring the island... the Devils Bridge and Shirley Heights are a must see.If you are a boater, go down to Jolly Harbour, to Paradise Boat Sales and rent a Boston Whaler for the day...it was the highlight of our trip!We will rent the Cotton House again, for sure!

Dream Getaway at Cotton House: Your Private Paradise on Antigua

Our stay at Cotton House on Antigua was simply perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the house—everything was spotless and impeccably maintained. The furniture is not only stylish and modern but also chosen with great attention to detail. Each room exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, further enhanced by the tasteful décor. A true highlight is the breathtaking view from the terrace, where we enjoyed spectacular sunsets every evening. The positive vibes that Cotton House radiates made our holiday truly unforgettable. The entire staff, from the friendly housekeeping team to the gardener, the pool man and the ever-helpful agent Marisa, was absolutely fantastic. Marisa was always available to assist us with anything we needed, making our stay even more pleasant. Finally, we must highlight the warmth and kindness of Jenn, the owner of Cotton House. She made us feel truly welcome and ensured that we lacked nothing during our stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful vacation home and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Perfect stay

The property and home is beautiful. Gorgeous views of Jollly Harbor. The home is beautifully decorated and has just about anything you would need. The beds are very comfortable. It’s an easy distance to the beach, restaurants, bars, and the food store. While Sugar Ridge is under construction, you do still have access to the gym if need be. We used it every day. We met some great people. Went to a Karaoke bar with some locals. We really enjoyed Basilico down in the harbor. The pop-up beach bar on Jolly Beach was our favorite place for snacks and cocktails during the day. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Home

The Cotton House has an AMAZING view and is very comfortable and has a home away from home feel. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. It took some getting used to not having ac in the main living area but took nothing away from our stay. Jenn and Marissa were very helpful, accomodating and easily reached for all of our needs. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Great Couples Trip

We enjoyed our week at the Cotton House. Great communication with the owner and property manager. The house is close to the grocery store, multiple restaurants and beaches. The water went out one morning and they had a plumber there to fix it within an hour. (turned out one of the houses that are being built nearby turned off the main water line). Antigua is an amazingly beautiful country with extremely friendly people. We hope to be back to visit soon.

Perfect!

Cotton House is beautiful! So many times I have wished our rental had full length mirrors, makeup mirrors, more coat hangers, etc. No detail is missed at Cotton House. The view is exactly as pictured and we spent hours on the deck. Bring binoculars!

Beautiful View

We had an amazing time at this house! Everything was very clean and the house was beautiful. The views from the house were stunning. There was a slight issue with the AC in the cottage but the property manager and owner were very helpful and easy to get ahold of and the AC was fixed.

Beautiful villa in Sugar Ridge

The villa has great views and is very well appointed. Quite clean and organized. Jenn is very responsive. We spent every morning and late afternoon on the covered terrace. Views of Jolly Harbour, Pearns Point, rainbows and sunsets can’t be beat.

Fabulous Family Vacation at The Cotton House

What a view! Just a stunning view and a beautiful home. Jenn, the owner, was very helpful and responsive. She gave me a lot of tips that made planning this trip easier. The home is decorated beautifully and is very comfortable. The beds were all super! The kitchen was nicely appointed and made it easy to cook in when we wanted to. Marisa, the property manager, was very helpful letting us in and getting us introduced to the home. She was also responsive during the week of our stay when we had a few questions. I can't recommend this home enough. Our family all had a fabulous vacation here. Thank you so much for opening your beautiful home.

I am from Pennsylvania and I love to travel! Owning our own businesses had afforded us the freedom to explore the world with our two children when they were younger. We are very grateful for this. Throughout our travels we kept returning to the sea, whether on a boat or on a coastline. We knew living near the ocean was inevitable and in 2015 it finally happened.

On our initial visit to the island of Antigua we stayed at the Sugar Ridge resort. During our stay I noticed building activity up above the resort and inquired what was going on. The response was a new housing development. That peaked our interest and we asked for a tour of one of the houses. I'll never forget the awe I felt once we entered the home, turned the corner and saw the most incredible view of the ocean (any ocean). We were speechless after a big Wow! And so our big decision to have the same thing for ourselves & you the renter started with that view.
The next year we rented that same house to experience "life" on Antigua & loved every minute of it. During our stay we met with the developer & sealed the deal a few months later. It is truly a dream come true and I hope you feel a little dreamy staying at Cotton House too!

I am amazed by the sense of total relaxation that just seems to happen the moment you walk in the front door, open the sliders & stroll out onto the verandah. Normal hectic life back home just fades away. You sleep better, eat better, laugh more. You realize no stress is a good goal to have. I hope my home has the same effect on you. I don't want you to worry about anything. The lovely staff at Antigua and Barbuda Sothebys International Realty will take care of anything you need during your stay as they do for me when I am here.
