Glamour Excellent A 1-Bedroom city center apartment in Prague Old Town

Beautifully decorated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, dining room with kitchen ground floor apartment located right in the centre of Prague only 10 minutes walk from the famous Charles Bridge and 5 minutes walk from National theatre. Perfect for families, friends or a business trip. Immaculately clean & secure.

The flat has one bedroom together with a large living room and a dining room with kitchen. There is a double sofa bed in the living room and it's spaced so everyone can be comfortable. There is also a very large kitchen fully equipped with all modern appliances.

There is a guarded garage located in the building which is available only for the building guests. If you are interested to park your car please let me know in advance. There are only 4 parking lots and if occupied I can't confirm the place for you but you can park your car in a close garage. Thanks for understanding.

Really nice apartment in a pretty quiet part of Prague yet only 200 meters from the Vlatava River. Plenty of good Czech restaurants within 6 minutes walk...and not touristy expensive. Check in was easy and straightforward. Communications with the owner were quick and efficient. Our only concern was the apartment was on the the ground floor. This meant the front window (bed area) window could not be opened for safety reasons. Also, you will hear the other building residents since the building entry door is right behind the bed. The weather was a mix of warm and cold while visited. It would have been nice to be able to open the front window during the warm days.We would definitely stay at this location again. But not on the ground floor.

Wunderschöne Altbauwohnung mit sehr hohen Decken, liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder gerne kommen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, es ist alles fussläufig erreichbar. Sehr angenehm fanden wir die Möglichkeit einen Garagen-Stellplatz zu mieten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Bei Fragen wurde immer schnell geantwortet.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dieser ruhig gelegenen Wohnung gefühlt. Die Betten sind prima, die Ausstattung auch. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Nur die Duschbrause könnte mal erneuert werden und wenn man länger dort wohnt wäre ein Staubsauger praktisch.

Prague stay

This apartment on first floor of building worked perfectly for us in conjunction with the apartments one floor up, so that our large family could be close together while attending a wedding in Prague. Not noisy, but close to river, tram stop and small grocery store. Manager was so responsive and met us immediately when we arrived from the train station. get in as soon as we arrived. It was hot in Prague that week but large fans in all rooms kept things cool.
