Located just a short walk to the beach, our desirable Ohio Avenue home is completely renovated! It features an enclosed porch with wicker furniture, two bedrooms, one bathroom, full kitchen, living room, and dining area. It also features central air conditioning, ceiling fans, Xfinity wifi throughout, a flat-panel TV with DVD and digital cable in the living room, and a flat-panel TV and digital cable in the master bedroom. A dishwasher, microwave, gas range, and full-size washer and dryer are all provided as well. Outside, you will find a larger corner yard in front and on the side, off-street parking, a patio with patio set, gas grill, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, and sounds of the ocean. For larger parties, ask about renting this and another one of our neighboring properties - we have three 2-bedroom homes right next to each other

I booked this house for my 31st birthday with my mom and sister. The house was adorable, immaculately clean, and just as described. The house was in the perfect location to everything in Cape May. The hosts were responsive through messaging with a few questions I had. Overall had the best experience and highly recommend!

Perfect location

This unit was perfect for us. Clean, well-equipped, and a great location to boot. Away from the crowds, but still close to the beach and town center. Ron and Kim were great hosts, responding rapidly to our calls. They even delivered a swivel rocker when i expressed a preference for them.

Great location

Located in lovely quiet neighborhood, walk to the beach away from noise and traffic of tourists, but close enough to get to everything. Home had everything we needed. Will definitely return.

Excellent Spot

On the north end of Cape May, so traffic is light and it is easy to get on/off island. I took long walks in morning and it was quiet. This efficiency apt was just what we needed.

Wonderful experience, exactly as advertised

My family had a wonderful time staying at this property in Cape May because the property was clean and comfortable and convenient to all areas of Cape May. We found ourselves walking throughout the area since the areas was safe and the scenery was nice. The property itself is exactly as described and shown in pictures, so there was no surprise when we arrived. Would definitely be interested in staying here again.

Great Spot for a quiet vacation

Great place to stay. Close to the beach but far enough away to be quiet at night. Bonus for us was being able to see the fireworks from the street. Would love to stay again!

My Daughters and I had a wonderful time!

My daughters and I had a wonderful time! Every time we come to Cape May we stay at a different place. We have not been back since 2019. The house was very comfortable and a bike ride away from everything that we wanted to do! Thank you for allowing us to use your home. It was a long awaited return trip and having a clean, centrally located, well stocked house made it such a wonderful visit.

Everything was working and in order. it is a quiet, nice neighborhood but just 5 blocks from beach. This little apartment had everything the two of us needed.

Quiet Place to Relax After A Long Day

I've been coming to Cape May since I was a child and have stayed at many different properties all over Cape May County. As an adult with a younger child, I think this was one of my favorites. The property is on the East side of Cape May between Trenton Ave. and Pittsburgh Ave. This puts you about a mile from the Washington Mall, and six blocks from the nearest beach, so this is something to consider if you don't like to walk. Poverty beach, the Nature Center, and the USCG facility are all about 1/2 a mile away. The neighborhood is quiet and is a great place to relax after a busy day. I've stayed at properties closer to the town center and found that sometimes they can be noisy depending on nighttime activities. The house is on the front of a one floor quad unit and includes an outdoor shower, patio, and a reserved off street spot for one vehicle. Inside there is a enclosed porch, living room, full kitchen, 2 beds, and a bathroom. It was very comfortable for My wife, son, mother-in-law and I to share the space. The owners were thoughtful and included lots of little things to make the stay more enjoyable. There are some toys and books for young children and beach chairs. We took full advantage of the dishwasher, stove, and washer/dryer. The communication from the owners was excellent, responsive, and check-in was efficient. I felt like the stay was a great value and we were sad to leave!

Excellent Clean Property

We had a great stay at Ron and Kim’s place. The property was very clean and well taken care of. We especially enjoyed using the grill and patio on the nice evenings. Would definitely recommend!

Sister visit to Cape May

The property was very clean and my sister and I loved the location. We were surprised to find that the unit we’d rented was one of four units within a single building. Also the only mirror was in the bathroom, which made it difficult for two people to get ready. That’s why I didn’t give it 5 stars.

Relaxing shore house

Offstreet parking in quiet neighborhood is a plus. Property has grill, outdoor Seating and outside shower. Inside has everything you need in a clean, spacious quad house. Didn’t hear neighbors at all. Full-size Washer and dryer also great. Would bring a hand mirror, since there’s only one in the one bathroom.

Loved our trip to Cape May

We really enjoyed our trip to Cape May. The beaches are beautiful and the town is gorgeous. Our home for the week was perfect. Very clean and well taken care of. We loved walking to the beach everyday and looking at all the beautiful homes. Cape May has a neighborhood feel. We will be visiting again. Thank you to the property owners for a wonderful week!

Quiet neighborhood with nice outdoor space

Close enough to bike or walk to the beach and a quick drive or bike ride to the shops and restaurants uptown. Bright, beachy decor and everything you need for a relaxing stay in Cape May. Offstreet parking is a big plus. Owners were terrific about communicating.

Ron & Kim Tupper bought their first Cape May house in 2000, and have since bought and renovated 10 more homes here in Cape May. Married more than 30 years, we and our two kids spend nearly every weekend of the year in Cape May, our favorite beach town! Our weekends in the off-season find us busy renovating, building, and putting our personal touches on every one of our properties so they are welcoming for every one of our tenants. Each weekend in the summer, we personally check on all of our properties between rentals, take care of the lawns, meet our new guests for the week, and make sure our tenants are all comfortable before we head to the beach for some sun and fun!

Kim grew up coming to Cape May for a week each summer, and then when we moved to Pennsylvania, we found ourselves in Cape May for a weekend each summer while we performed with the Chester County Concert Band (before we had kids of course!) We knew we wanted another place to call home, and Cape May was an easy decision.
