Executive Home in Gated Community with Great Club House!!

Beautiful home located in the development of High Grove on Hwy 27. Very convenient to the attractions, restaurants and shopping. This spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home has a private screened-in pool, which can be heated for an additional supplement in the cooler months. This lovely home features a large, open plan living room with sofas TV, and DVD player. New vinyl plank flooring installed upstairs in 2024 so this home no longer has any carpet. The master bedroom has king sized bed, ensuite bathroom and TV. The second bedroom has a new queen sized bed with TV. The further two bedrooms have two twin beds in each with tv's and share a bathroom with the Queen room. Sleeps 8 guests. Fully equipped kitchen, with all appliances and also a full sized washer and dryer are included for your convenience. The garage has been turned into a games room with a brand new Ping Pong Table and a foosball table.

If you are traveling with little ones there is a high chair, pack and play portable crib and also a child safety gate for the stairs.
The vacation villa rental is located within easy reach of the Disney Theme parks: Disney's Magic Kingdom, Disney's Wide World of Sports, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Disney's Blizzard Beach, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs. Universal Studios, Volcano Bay, Wet and Wild, Medieval Times, Islands H2O waterpark, Sea World and the newly opened EPIC UNIVERS are also a short drive to shopping and restaurants.

So many great golf course to list nearby such as Greg Norman's new Champions Gate complex, Champions Gate County Club, Highland Reserve Golf, Reunion Golf, Mystic Dunes Golf, Celebration Golf, Providence Golf, Orange Lake Golf, Falcon Fire Golf just to name a few.
High Grove community also features a lovely clubhouse with community pool and spa. There is a games room inside the clubhouse with a pool table and Foosball table. There is also an arcade room and computers available for guest use. Inside the clubhouse you will also find information packets on local attractions and restaurants and there is a fitness room. Check out the newly designed playground and mini golf course!! All available for your use as a guest in this beautiful vacation home.

Lovely Villa and we will definitely return

When we arrived at the villa, we were so happy, the cleanliness, the size and facilities were perfect for our stay. The instructions on how to access the villa were straight forward and easy. We will definitely be requesting to stay here again when we return to Orlando!

The villa was great, very clean immaculate bed linen and towels. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The pool was brilliant my 4 year old granddaughter's favourite part of our holiday!. 10/10 we will definitely use these villas again.

Beautiful holiday villa

The home is very beautiful with everything you need. Lots of space with a wonderful pool and kids loved the games room. Very close to the parks and surrounded by lots of places to eat, shop and visit. In a gated community so felt very safe.

Great location

This house is in a great location. So easy to jump on the highway and not a bad drive to Disney World. The pool was great and there is a very nice ping pong table in the garage. Kids had a blast with that.

Great location

The villa was ideally situated for the theme parks with great facilities and is well equipped. The only disappointments were that it is beginning to look tired in some places, the wif-fi is intermittent, and the area around the pool needed weeding showing a lack of care.

Nice place to stay while visiting the area for fun and work. Quiet neighborhood. Pool alarm is annoying but necessary. nice to have washer/dryer.

Well maintained vacation home

This Mediterranean style house sits in a nice and secure community in High Grove resort. This location is within minutes to the Disney parks as well as grocery stores, fast food chains, restaurants, and shopping. We've always enjoyed our stay between the pool and spa, and the game room. The house has been meticulously maintained by Welcome Homes. You can always count on the Welcome Homes team to make your stay a vacation to remember!

Villa was a good base as location to Orlando's attractions. Villa perhaps needed decorating but in terms of the beds and sofias they were really good. Traffic noise though from the main road meant sleep became an issue.

Amazing

From start to finish the Villa was amazing, plenty of room , pool area was great plenty of towels and cooking facilities. It's a great location for parks and eating out . We will definitely be looking to stay again in the future when we come back . Only downside would be beds are a little hard but we are used to soft beds so not really a complaint more of a advisory .

Very Good

The house was clean the pool and hot tub was warm upon our arrival. It was well equipped. House is in a WONDERFUL area not far from food, shopping or entertainment. The quick response professionalism of Welcome was A1. Only issue was the beds weren't comfortable.

Exactly as advertised

It was just as advertised. Home was in a quiet community close enough to Disney but away from all the traffic and hustle and bustle. We went for college softball. The house was close to 2 of complex and about 35 away from the other. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great location, house needs updating.

Had great trip and location and layout of house was great.stayed at many rentals homes before and very disappointed with cleanliness of this property. More specifically the carpets on stairs and upstairs was very dirty including baseboards. Downstairs bathroom along with mats throughout house have not been throughly cleaned . Did have some pool heat issues when arrived but thanks to Ken was resolved within first couple days and refund issued for lost days. Ken was excellent to deal with and very timely in all communication. Overall house needs some better cleaning and updates to flooring, paint etc.

Perfect for our short getaway

House was as listed and we loved the pool and spa although the temp was hit or miss for us. It’s a big place with room for at least 8 so it would have been nice to have a few basics like more toilet paper, bigger than two cup coffee maker and maybe salt/pepper/sugar so you don’t have to waste so much when you throw it away at the end of the stay. Location got four stars as it was in the outskirts of the area and hard to get in and out of onto the main highway as well as near some shady establishments. We had no problems and did not need to communicate with the property owner. The association had a cute clubhouse although with the pool and spa at the house there was not much need for it. It was easy to Uber or order delivery by giving the gate code to the driver. We will likely be back!

Nice place.

Nice place as advertised. I had no questions or issues during my stay. All the questions I had I asked before we got there, and were answered within 10 hours or less. It is an older home, and yes it may need a few updates here and there, but nothing was broken and everything worked. We had more than enough space for the four of us. We had no issues with any type of insects, and you cannot hear the road as loud as people said you could. I suppose if you really stood there and listened maybe you could hear it. The price was very good for what we had. Towels for the pool were supplied which was very nice, you even had a few dishwashing tablets and a few garbage bags to start with for us. The master bedroom and bathroom were great. I give it four stars for location only because we cannot make a left out of the property you have to go right and do a U-turn to get back on 27 North, so in our opinion that was the only downside which isn't even a huge deal.

This place was great! We didn't have Disney in our plans, but if we did, it would have been a short drive away. The bedrooms were very big. The kitchen was stocked well with appliances and cookware. The pool was very nice. It was a great size and we requested it to be heated, so it was perfect. There was plenty of sun and shade. We brought our own floats, but there were some in the garage as well. Also, the garage was a fun rec room with a ping pong table that the kids used once on one of the colder evenings. The house was clean, there were a couple corners that were missed, and the walls could use a new coat of paint on the lower floor, but overall, nice and clean. The neighborhood was very nice, quiet and gated. They also had a security company that did patrol at night, so we felt very safe. There was some traffic noise from the main road, but not very disturbing at all. The variety of restaurants around the neighborhood was also impressive. We walked up to the ice cream shop one night, yum! Also, the Walmart is very close, so if you forgot anything it's only a mile away! One of the other reasons I took a chance on a this house was I did a little research on the management company. We had a few quirks when we arrived with the wifi, and when I sent an email, there was an instant response. Very well managed and very welcoming. I would definitely book this property again.

I'm not going to lie, the other reviews for this place gave me pause, but, our trip was planned for the week of spring break and inventory was getting low, and this one had the best pool. Horrible stay

The pots were old. Kitchen appliances were outdated and to top it off the kitchen was filled with roaches. The kids bedrooms had no updated tv’s and the mattresses were stiff and uncomfortable. During our stay we were robbed of our belongings. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Old and out dated .. serval issues I encountered

There was plenty of room for everyone but that’s about where it ends. None of the drains, drained properly. The mattresses were all uncomfortable, the TVs in two of the rooms couldn’t be used because they were old box TVs, there were rust spots on the base of a couple of the doors, the walls didn’t look like they had been cleaned in a long while, the coffee pot provided didn’t work therefore I had to go buy one to use during our stay, all of the batteries in the remotes to the TVs we could use were dead along with multiple light bulbs burn out.
