Adjacent to open space on two sides of the condo, find comfort in the privacy and gorgeous views this property provides. Relax in the comfortable living room with a 75" TV and Sonos Arc soundbar fit perfect for movie nights with the whole family. In unit laundry with new appliances make it easy to stay clean and ready for fun. The property is located just minutes away from the mountain's Snowmass Base Village. It is just a 2-blocks away from the free shuttle that provides access all over Aspen and Snowmass.

🚦 The RFTA shuttle system provides complementary access to Snowmass Village, Aspen, and the rest of the Roaring Fork Valley. There is a bus stop at the complex, just out the door to your right, and past the covered parking. For access to Snowmass mountain, the stop is just across Brush Creek Road from the condo, and is about a 3 minute ride to the Snowmass Village bus station. From there you will momentarily enter the One Snowmass lobby and take the elevator up to the village level. You can take the same RFTA shuttle into Aspen by using the bus stop that is on the same side of Brush Creek Road as the condo.
