About this property

North Scottsdale 4 Bdrm w/Pool and Game Room!

Newly renovated home just minutes away from Kierland Commons where you can find some of the best restaurants and shopping available. There are 4 bedrooms, one set up with 2 double sized bunk beds where the kids can have their own private sleeping space. Enjoy taking a dip in the pool or just relaxing on the patio and taking in the Arizona sunset. Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials needed for making home cooked meals. Air Hockey table located on the main floor in the entertainment area.

Other things to note
This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! and no loud parties will be tolerated. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and neighbors must be respected. You are welcome to come here and have fun but it must be done in a respectful manner.

Must be 25 years of age to rent home.

No local bookings without 3 5 star reviews. Must get approval from manager prior to booking.

Pool can be heated for an additional $35 per day or $200 per week. Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours in advance of stay to allow for heating time.

Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyard

Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced.
