Nestled in an ideal location close to the Scottsdale Stadium, Old Town, and the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art - every day you spend here is sure to be filled with fun adventures!

Cozy and well-updated, the interior of the condo boasts plush furnishings, central air-conditioning, and an open layout. The kitchen provides a pleasant space to play chef with its granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living room has a Smart TV and ample seating. When you aren't gathered here with your loved ones, check out the bedrooms - equally inviting with soft linens and easy bathroom access. A private washer/dryer rounds out the interior amenities.

Outside, enjoy the desert landscape from the shared pool, hot tub, and grilling area. An on-site golf course is also available for those who want to practice their swing.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
•Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

We had a wonderful stay! Great location and walking trails overlooking golf course. Only frustration was limited parking and small size of garage. We rented a full sized SUV which didn't fit in garage and struggled to find parking in evenings later than other occupants. Plus, no restroom at pool available to renters, only to owners, requiring us to walk back to our condo.

We had a great long weekend! The condo was clean, well-stocked and in a great location. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood, overlooking golf course with a walking trail right outside the property. It’s a 20 minute walk to Old Town and easy access to highways nearby to get to hiking and other attractions. The unit is spacious and clean. The pool area and hot tub nice snd peaceful and enjoyed cooking out one night in the grill. It’s exactly as pictured. Good restaurants walkable too. Really enjoyed the pretty views from the patio and the spectacular weather! Highly recommend and would stay here again. Just a little warning, the garage would not fit oversized cars but we just fit our mid size SUV.

Great location

The condo is beautiful and clean. It’s located in a gated community with a wonderful pool and very close to old town, Scottsdale. Our balcony had a great view of the golf course.

Perfect for our needs

The unit location is perfect, close to everything. The unit itself needs a little upgrade. Carpets need to be replaced, mattresses could be better , need cleaning supplies and tools. Overall could be perfect with a few upgrades

The code to get in the gate didn’t work

We spent almost an hour at the gate trying to get in it’s a code. The manager did finally call us back. It was. So frustrating!!The place we stayed was lovely and we had no other glitches

Home away from home

It’s cozy and clean. I enjoyed reading books on the big chair and the house seems to have everything that I need. Unfortunately I didn’t have water upon arrival in the evening, Vacasa wasn’t not helpful and some of the service people hanged the phone on me telling there is nothing they can do more then putting in a request, leaving me thirsty, unable to wash my hands or have a shower after a long day of traveling. I had to use mineral water to brush my teeth. The shift manager was much nicer but also wasn’t able to help me. Only after a night with no water my husband obtained the number of the property manager and any issue that came up, was dealt with quickly and smoothly by the property manager. I would come again if in the area.

Such a beautiful place in the PERFECT location. Everything was top-notch. Lots of fun watching from the balcony... golfers teeing off and the parade of biker, runners, walkers, skateboarders, etc., etc. going by, right next to you. Hot tub and pool were relaxing, beautiful, and well-maintained. Neighbors and community were all welcoming.
