Step into your coastal "happy place" in this stunning two-story, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo located on the 3rd floor of the iconic Sugar Beach Condominiums. Designed with a soothing coastal palette and bright, airy decor, this expansive retreat is perfectly suited for those looking for a seamless blend of comfort and convenience just steps from the emerald waters of Orange Beach.

🏠 The Living Space
The open-concept living area is designed for relaxation after a day in the surf. It features a full-size sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV for movie nights, and a convenient half-bath for guests. Step through the sliding doors onto your private balcony to breathe in the salt air and enjoy the refreshing Gulf breeze.

🍳 Kitchen & Dining
The chef in your group will love the fully equipped kitchen, featuring full-size stainless steel appliances, quality cookware, and all the essentials needed for beachside meals. Enjoy a quick bite at the breakfast bar or gather around the dining table to plan your day's adventures.

🛌 Bedrooms & Bathrooms
The layout provides plenty of privacy and space for everyone in your party:

Primary Bedroom: A serene sanctuary featuring a King-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a double vanity.

Guest Room 1: Includes a comfortable Queen-size bed and its own flat-screen TV.

Guest Room 2: A versatile space offering a Queen-size bed plus a Daybed with a Trundle.

Jack 'n' Jill Bath: A full bathroom with a shower/tub combo connects guest spaces for easy access.

Very nice condo in a great location

The condo and Sugar Beach amenities were very nice and as described. All the beds were comfortable and enough bath towels to accommodate my family. The kitchen was well equipped. I would rent again.

What a pleasure

The condo was nice and roomy. The 2 min walk to the beach was a plus. The pools area is nice and open and the snack bar had a great choice of stuff. Our first time to the Gulf Shores and we very much enjoyed ourselves and we already plan on coming back again. Thank you again for the great time.
