Such a cute little beach cottage! Central to all the spots we like in the Cape May area. The house had everything we needed and check in was super easy. The host added a very cute welcome gift in the yard that made us feel special.

We came down for a week and very much enjoyed the house owners are very fast at responding and very nice had a chance to meet them at the end. I would defiantly recommend for your trip.

We (one adult couple with 2 teenagers, and one single adult with two more teenagers) came to enjoy a 5 day restful stay at the shore before the school year stars up again. This was a lovely place to stay. The back yard is especially nice if people like being outdoors for meals and hanging out. The inside is compact for 7 people, but it works and is comfortable. We enjoyed walking up to the beach for sunsets and driving only 12 minutes to a beach that was better for swimming. Also enjoyed heading up to the Wildwood Boardwalk which was only about 20 minutes away. Great Mexican takeout nearby and some friendly cute thrift stores as well. Very happy with this stay.

From the moment we pulled up, we knew we were in for a great stay. The interior was absolutely spotless and meticulously clean, which made relaxing effortless right from day one.The highlight for us was the incredible yard—it was such a fantastic place to unwind, spend time outdoors, and soak in the peaceful surroundings. On top of that, you really can’t beat the location. Everything we wanted to do was within a quick 20-minute drive, making exploring the area completely hassle-free.We had a wonderful time and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Highly recommended to anyone looking for the perfect getaway.

Had a nice stay at the Villas. House was clean, yard was nice and communication with the owner was excellent. Had everything you needed including TP, paper towels, coffee, firewood etc. Just a few things to note for those interesting in booking: Yard: while fenced in it was not totally fenced in so if bringing a pet, you would need to keep on leash. You only get 1 bath towel and beach towel per person so if you like extra, bring your own. The smallest bedroom in the front of the house is just a cot and there is no air conditioning unit so be aware. The beach down the street is connected to the bay and is very small and was covered with alive and dead horseshoe crabs while we were there. All that said, we had a nice time and the house was nice.

Thank you for staying with us and thank you for your feedback. Yes we provide 1 beach towel, 1 bath towel, 1 face towel, and 1 wash cloth per person. We also provide starter package for paper towels 2 rolls, toilet paper 3 rolls per bathroom. We leave enough laundry detergent, fabric softener and fabric sheets to get you started for a couple loads of laundry. Then supplies are up to you if you require any additional. The Villas bay is the largest spawning area for horseshoe crabs in the world. This time of year eggs are hatching. There are beaches for swimming less then 10 miles away. However, the Villas is home to the best sunsets in NJ. We strive to make affordable vacations for families visiting. We appreciate your feedback and we are constantly trying to improve our cottage to suit most families’ ultimate vacation. Thank you again for staying with us! Coleen and Mike

Lovely stay. Host was quick and helpful to respond and answer all our questions. Great clean home very close to beach. Host had everything for the beach, chairs, umbrellas and beach cart too. Backyard was a nice place to relax after a day out or day at the beach.

Great place to stay

This is the perfect beach house for our family of six. It was nice to have plenty of hooks to hang clothes and plenty of closet space. The kitchen was stocked with every item that we needed to cook our meals. The house is very well decorated and it is nice to have the fenced backyard to enjoy campfires and cookouts.It’s a short walk to the bay and a short drive to the beach… We will definitely be staying here again! The owner was extremely helpful and very responsive to any questions we had.

My family and I loved the property which was suitable for all nine of us along with the dog. The space savers in the dining area was a brilliant idea along with the trundle bed. The backyard is amazing for night chats. We will probably request this property again in the future.

The property was largely as advertised. The location was great and communication with the host was excellent. The only negatives are fairly minor and would not prevent us from renting again the next time we are in the area. The bed in the Master bedroom bumps up against a wall meaning a couple both have to get in from the same side. Also, if you are 6 feet or over, the shower in the master is a tight fit. As noted, these are minor issues in the grand scheme.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property! The house was exactly as described, very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The host Michael was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, which made the whole experience even better. The only small suggestion would be to have a vacuum available for guests. After coming back from the beach, we tracked in a bit of sand, and it would have been helpful to clean it up during our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again!
