Morning Coffee Patio - Condo Between Two Beaches

Welcome to Dos Playas Hideaway located in Serena Suites in Coco! A place for you to retreat, relax and reset yourself. Specially designed for you and your partner, family or a few friends to renew your love of life. Sit and gaze at the stunning grounds or take a short walk or ride(bike or golf cart) to either Coco beach (only 1 km away) or to Ocotal beach (1.2 km away) and take some time for you. Please note, our serene spot is located between Coco beach and Ocotal beach in a small gated community.
The tastefully decorated condo and pristine pool and garden are situated on 5 acres of fully fenced and gated tropical paradise.

Both bedrooms have queen beds and dressers. Guests have towels, bedding and toilet paper. The master bedroom has a closet and an full ensuite.

Both bathrooms have hot water with rainfall showers.

The kitchen has a 4-person seating extended island, complete with dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, dish soap and cleaning supplies. You'll also find stainless steel appliances, a microwave, rice cooker, and a blender for either smoothies or cool drinks.

The living room has a sofa bed, lounger, and a few side tables. Smart Tv allows you to log into your Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, etc. You may also choose to bring your Roku/Firesticks for added viewing options.

There are zero-gravity chairs for guests to sit out on either the front or back patio to enjoy Costa Rica's local coffee. Our front patio is semi private and surrounded by landscaping

The pool has 2 tiers where one section has jets and seats and the other is perfect for swimming or floating around. Looking to rinse off from the ocean or pool? The outside shower adjacent to the pool is sure to be useful and refreshing! The condo complex also has pool chairs to take in some sun after a nice dip in the pool.
You have the run of the house and have access to everything your hosts provide. Free parking, washer, dryer, hot water, beach towels (6) , pool, outside shower and all other listed amenities.
Our condo is in a quiet, gated community along a local road. The connecting road between Coco and Ocotal is called Calle Ocotal. It has a lot of local shops and walkers. Many travel via golf carts, bikes or simply walk. We walk to Coco beach and it takes 15 minutes and is 1km away. Walking to Ocotal beach is not as easy, but still only 1.2Km away. We would suggest car or cart for Ocotal Beach. Our place is a perfect home base for exploring many different areas. Laid back and peaceful describes Serena Suites. Please note, our complex is not able to charge electric golf carts or cars. Please reserve a gas golf cart in advance if one is needed. Because the area is peaceful & laid back… most guests prefer to have a rental to explore with ease.
