Retiro de lujo en Costa Rica

El condominio fue construido en 2004 e incluye todas las comodidades modernas. Está completamente amueblado, con todos los artículos de cocina y ropa de cama. Se utilizaron materiales de construcción de última generación en la construcción, que incluyen electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y azulejos en todas partes. ¡La piscina y la terraza están a solo unos pasos de la puerta principal y el océano está a 'una cuadra' de ti!

Además, la unidad es una propiedad segura, amurallada con una estación de guardia en la entrada. No hay ningún cargo por los monos aulladores que estaban en los árboles que rodean la propiedad, cuando visitamos en agosto.

El condominio está a poca distancia a pie de muchos restaurantes locales, supermercados y mercado de frutas frescas. Corta caminata a kayak, vela, pesca, snorkel. Iguanas, monos, loros verdes son todos presentes y comunes. Tours fácilmente disponibles para el bosque nuboso, volcanes, cruceros por el río de la selva, tortugas laúd, puentes colgantes, etc.

Great Place near great beaches.

Weekend getaway

Perfect place to enjoy a weekend. Reservation process was easy and very easy to communicate with the property manager. The condo is in a very secure area with gated entry. Very close to many restaurants and great beaches. The condo is very spacious and a well stocked kitchen. The property is well maintained and the pool was a nice place to relax as well.

Happy with our stay

The property was pretty much as described. Not quite as big as depicted. The only issue was that the pool was having maintenance done while we were there, we were not informed a head of time and was only told by the neighbour's. Lost a couple of days of being able to use it.

Great property in a fabulous location 5 minutes from the beach and just a few minutes to a coffee shop and local gym. Restaurants and markets are within walking distance too. The property could use updates, but the pool is wonderful and has many loungers. There is also a propane bbq grill available for use, plus a covered parking spot and 24 hour security. The unit is quite large and communication with the property manager is great. Just a note that the beds are very firm and the sofas are not comfortable.

Way better than advertised!

We were pleasantly surprised with the space, it was much larger than we anticipated! The hosts were very quick to respond to the very few inquiries we had as everything was as it was described. The location us fantastic and within walking distance to the town and the beach. Gate security was fantastic! We had a wonderful stay!

American style apartment. Extremely clean and comfortable. Feels like new. About 5 minute walk to a dark sand so so beach. If you have a car you can drive to some of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. Recommend Playa Penca, playa Mina and Conchal. 5 minute walk to fruit market and 10 minute walk to supermarket. Free access to beach club with discounts on food and water equipment rental.

Sweetness in Potrero

Great and relaxing place to stay. Potrero was a very laid-back, low-key community of the type that I would think very attractive to someone who just wants to take it easy, and absorb some Costa Rican warmth. Easy access to a great beach, fine eateries, all without the hustle and bustle of urbanity. The condo was great in every way!

A great condo in Potrero!

We had a wonderful time with our 3 children in this condo. It was very clean and comfortable with a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the sailing center for lunch, drinks and swimming in the ocean and pool. Coco Loco in flamingo is amazing for beach side dinner at sunset. Breakfast or sunset drinks at the Bahia is also a must.

Beautiful, convenient, everything you need!

This Luxury Retreat met beyond our expectations. The pool was beautiful and the home lovely. The AC worked awesome, the kitchen was stocked with all the accessories you could possibly need, all of the details are here! We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Great location!

Would HIGHLY recommend this condo... not only do you have all the luxuries of home, but you get to immerse yourself into the local culture. Great location -- You can walk to the grocery store or fresh fruit market, there are plenty or great restaurants around (within walking distance) and the beach is across the street (a great beach!). It is in a gated community for extra safely and all other tenants are friendly and very helpful. Enjoy your stay in Coast Rica!

A great liitle oasis

We spent Feb. 2014 at Surfside Towers. Loved it. Very confortable unit, warm pool, extra clean condo, nice people. Close to fruit stand, several bars and rstaurants and a couple of food stores. Across the road from Potrero beach. We rented a car for a few days, took cabs and local buses to other beaches, way cheaper and less risky than driving. Great spot to explore the West Coast. Will return.

Our Costa Rican Experience

Dear Tres Hermanos, We could not have had a better time at Surfside Towers and in Costa Rica. Your condo was perfect for us. We were very comfortable and having the pool right outside our door was fantastic. We met many wonderful people residing at Surfside and enjoyed their company. We can't say enough good things about William. We really appreciated getting to know him. He was very patient with me as I practiced my Spanish with him daily. The other part-time staff were also very helpful. One of the many things we really appreciated about staying at your condo was the real world Costa Rican experience right outside your door. The howler monkeys, the dusty roads with cattle roaming the streets, the open air Castillo restaurant with dogs walking in and out, the ocean beaches nearby. So many people with whom we talked were staying at sanitized, all-inclusive resorts. We felt we had the best of both worlds at Surfside, a comfortable place to stay and yet close access to a Costa Rican experience. Our tours to Monte Verde and Palo Verde were both extraordinary. All four of us rated this trip as one of the best we have ever taken. So thanks to you Tres Hermanos for sharing your space with us. Doug and Rob, I and sure that you'll be surprised to hear that we also appreciated being able to meet and spend some time with Michael and Suzanne both of whom were very welcoming and enjoyable people to be with. We enjoy the quiet community, and being able to walk to the local restaurants and market. The beaches are quiet.

This property gives all the comforts of home (and maybe nicer!), while you are in the midst of the Costa Rican culture. It is also an easy one hour drive from the airport in Liberia on paved roads. It you don't want to drive, there is a shuttle service available that will take you right to the front door!
Our family loves the Costa Rican people as well as the beauty of the country and the ocean. There are spectacular beaches and numerous restaurants that are right on the water. The food is delicious. My teen age daughter and I tried surfing for the first time and she also went on a tree top zip line.

Also, we have purchased a membership at the Costa Rica Sailing Center, located on the beach just 2 blocks from our condo. In addition to a beautiful beach, the Center has its own restaurant, swimming pool, and extensive equipment. As our guest, you will have the ability to utilize this facility and receive a 50% discount on all rentals, including paddleboards, kayaks, sailboats, and bikes and a $50 discount on all classes and tours. A Sailing Center ID card is located in the condo for your convenience. There is so much to see and do in Costa Rica!
