Governor's Square at Coventry @ I-20/I-95

This private, cozy two bedroom 1 1⁄2 bath condo has recently been renovated and is discounted for longer stays. The condo includes 2 bedrooms.

It's located among quiet neighborhoods for peaceful walks or for sitting outside on the private patio. Within only five minutes you’ll find access to I-20 & I-95, restaurants, malls, civic center, veteran's memorial park, movie theater, Florence rail trail and parks, golfing, tennis, pickle ball, soccer, gas & grocery stores, multiple churches, and more. Highway 76 is only two miles away and takes you directly to Myrtle Beach.

Our condo is surrounded by several quiet neighborhoods. Where you might hear occasional sounds, it is important to respect the area in regards to noise.

Should you plan to stay longer, other interests include mountain bike trails, historic award winning downtown, area museums, fresh markets, flea markets, antique malls, and more.

Your space has a full kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms - queen beds with two different style mattresses for your comfort, full bathroom with shower/tub combo, half bathroom (no shower/tub), washer/dryer, and a private outdoor patio. Towels and washcloths are provided.
Each of the unit's four major rooms boast large glass double doors (with blinds) to allow natural light in as needed.

Strong wi-fi is available.

Enjoy a large smart TV with Roku & Spectrum in the downstairs living room with 2 additional, smaller televisions with Roku in both upstairs bedrooms.

This is a private condo that does not share space with other guests, however, because it is in a shared complex with other residents, it is essential this space be a rest for travelers and not a gathering for parties or other events. Quiet hours are after 10:00 PM.

Only registered guests and house-trained pets listed in your booking request are allowed.

If pets are registered, property rules insist they are leashed at all times outdoors. You must clean up after your pet.

Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property, with no alcoholic beverages allowed outdoors.

We live just down the street from the property and can be reached on the app at all times.

My husband and I met my sister and her husband for the Darlington NASCAR race weekend . Good location for the race. Home was comfortable for 4 adults… good space. Host was on site within 1 hour when we had a problem with the AC (and fixed it). Condo has essentials. Good value.

What a cute place! While it was too hot to spend much time on the patio, we did get some walks in each day with our dogs. The corner house was great, offering more green space with the dogs. While we enjoyed the proximity to the chain stores and restaurants, we really enjoyed going to more local places in the area. The 'little touches' in the house made us feel at home. We definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect spot

My husband and I stayed at this lovely property while visiting family and it was the perfect spot for us. It is as pictured and described, clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Check in and out were easy and Luke and Laura provided great information. Definitely would stay here again.

The Home was disappointing. Very dark when arriving at night hard to see where you were going, no outside lights, stray cats around. Once in home it smelled very strongly of cigarettes. Also, after booking and paying with “pet friendly listed”.. I was sent a note saying the dogs needed to be groomed and if not, they needed to be brushed before entering the home. I’m sorry but after driving 11 hours, I didn’t feel like brushing my dogs. Perhaps don’t accept pets if you feel strongly about pet hair. Also, we were told there was snacks available. Upon arrival. There was two water bottles and three snack size bags of Cheez-Its and we received a message saying please be considerate of other guests when taking snacks. Both the beds were very uncomfortable. The couches were uncomfortable. Overall, not pleased with this property for the price I would have much rather gotten a hotel room for the price that we paid. I would not stay again and I would not recommend. Overpriced for the accommodations too strict with the rules for what is being offered. Listing sounded great but once paid with a mandatory 60 insurance fee on top of the cleaning fee, I was sent multiple messages of what to do and what not to do of the property. Did not care for this rental overall.

I’m not sure this guest read any of the information that was sent. If you follow the directions, there is a large lamp to light the way. There’s also an outdoor light on the patio that stays on for guests. There also are no stray cats around. Our neighbor found a small kitten he was taking care of for a week, but that’s the only cat that has ever been around. Nowhere did we ask for dogs to be brushed before entering the unit. We always leave a basket of several snack options for our guests. It is difficult to know what guests like, so we leave a variety to choose from. We had no communication from this guest to resolve any of her complaints and that may be because most of them were not true. We’ve never had complaints about the bed or couches being uncomfortable, I think this guest is one to complain about everything.
