This was a nice place for a little get away. In the middle of no where (it seems - which was great for us!) We could not get the TV to work but that is ok because it was so NICE not having that on for the weekend! Very peaceful place to stay and still within 15 - 30 minutes to places to eat or walk around.

There are two remotes for the TV. It is a normal TV. It has main network and backup wifi network and a wired input. I m not sure how could the three gail to take action for the future. What I did is added a simple instructions in case it cant be turned on. I dont think the couples had time for TV.

This guest arrived before the cleaning crew could prepare the unit due to back to back reservation. The cleaning crew were short handed and extremely busy. In addition, phe prior guest did not check in and check out. It gave the cleaning crew the notion that the unit still clean and was not utilized. This guest could have called me or requested the cleaning crew to come . We would have sent a special request. We also could have assisted the guest with the location of all extra sets of towels and sheets. Instead, I recieved a call from Vrbo. Virbo representitive said the guest wants to cancell as the unit is not ready. I said, no problem. The guest did not stay in the house. The photos she took are for a closet that has a lock that belongs to the owner. The closet has a lock. The bedroom with that closet has two large closets. She mistankely opened the owner's closet. If the guest was patient and committed with us calmly, we would have corrected the issues. They cancelled. They did not stay. They get all refund. They have no right to write a review. It is highly likely they are the same prior guest under different name.

Great location. Home was lovely, was able to accomodate my family vacation. Great backyard and the bonfire marshmallow roasting was the highlight of the trip. Only suggestion I would have is to cut the plants surrounded the walkway to the door. They were overly grown out and made the path very narrow, trying not to be scratched by them when walking to the door. Other than that, everything else was great. Highly recommend and will definitely book this property again when we come back.
