About this property

Beautiful Full Gulf View from this 2 Bedroom Getaway! Only steps to the beach!

Enjoy unobstructed Gulf views from either inside or outside on the balcony of this Panama City Beach getaway at Endless Summer. This unit conveniently is on the second floor of a two-story complex right across the street from a reserved beach - no footsteps overhead, no elevators to wait for, and park right outside your door!

Our unit is directly across the street from two beach accesses, only about 200 feet from our front door to the sand.

Fully furnished two bed, one bath unit, sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and the guest bedroom has a twin-size daybed with a twin trundle bed. The living room seats six and has a comfortable pull-out sofa. TVs are provided in the living room and each of the bedrooms, with DIRECTV Streaming service. Complimentary wireless Internet access is provided within the unit.

The condo complex features two swimming pools, a large hot tub, and shuffleboard. Beach access is right across the street, and an outdoor shower to rinse sand is provided.

We are about two miles west of Pier Park, and we are conveniently within walking distance of Mike's Cafe and Oyster Bar, Salty Sue's, and McGuire's Irish Pub.

Endless Summer requires a parking permit ($25), and ample parking is provided near our unit.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

It’s an older condo that could use some updating. Fairly well stocked with the basics. The view from the balcony was an awesome ocean view. Good location away from the spring break chaos. Easy access to the beach, with great sunsets. The pools are not heated, the hot tub was nice. There’s a 25 parking pass fee that was not included in original Vrbo description.It does have stairs to the 2nd floor unit, but they aren’t bad. Overall it’s a nice unit for the price.

The first day the pool felt like a hot tub. Great location at the west end where not as crowded. Can see the ocean from the condo and it was just a very short walk to the beach. Condo perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids or consider changing out the trundle bed for a regular bed. Sofa bed not comfortable at all. The condo is dated and needs upgrading. But would consider staying there again.

Great place and value

Clean quaint little place. Right on the beach and so convenient. Just outside the hustle and bustle so it’s very quiet. This condo stays cool! So so nice. Ceiling fans in every room. It was 100 everyday outside and it stayed a perfect 70. The owners are so attentive and easy to reach. Can’t wait to stay again.

Very close walk to the beach or pool. Plenty of space for us (2 adults 1 teenager). Great location, we were only about 5-10 minutes from Frank Brown Park where our son's baseball tournament was, other teammates and families stayed further East and had much longer trips to get there. Grocery stores and restaurants were very close. Condo AC was nice and cool, bed was a little firm for my wife, but I liked it. Overall great value for the week and we would definitely come back again.

Master bedroom not cleaned properly

Due to the previous tenant leaving the master bedroom horribly nasty and the cleaners not attempting to clean the bedroom, we were forced to sleep in the living room on the pull-out couch all week. It was very uncomfortable plus the aggravation of pulling the bed out every night then putting it back together in the morning.

Love the complex, but not this condo

I have been staying at this complex for six years once or twice a year in various condos. This experience was the worst. I left feeling that this host is doing the bare minimum for their guests. We had no working shower. When we told the host about the broken actuator on Friday night, he said he won’t be able to get anyone to fix it before Monday-without even trying to find someone to fix it. His solution was for us to use the pool house shower for the entirety of our three night stay. The bathroom sink didn’t drain. The electric lock didn’t work, which he had already been notified by another guest. Kitchen cabinet door was hanging off the hinge. Old and dirty cookware. Trash left at the front door when we arrived. There’s more, but I’ll leave it at this. I will stay at Endless Summer again, but I will not rent from this host.

This property is in a great location close enough that things are handy to get to but far enough away that we weren’t bothered by traffic. It is on the second floor and no elevator so anyone with trouble climbing stairs be aware!The main bed is very tall I’m 5’4 and it was up to my waistline. The kitchen had everything we needed. The laundry area was clean and everyone I met was very nice. The owners were so accommodating and very responsive to my emails! All in all a great little spot to stay in.. the hot tub and one pool weren’t up and running but it was early in the season when we stayed

Cute and comfortable with an ocean view

Despite the outside appearance of this building, I was overjoyed when I open the door to see this beachy bright unit. The view is amazing, and mirrored walls mean you have an ocean view from almost every room, including the back bedroom. Plenty of towels and a set of bed linens were included. Full kitchen with all the basics including a Keurig coffee pot. The master bedroom had a very comfortable and very high bed with a closet and under bed storage drawers. The second bedroom had a daybed which converted to a king, with more under bed drawers and a dresser. There was also a small desk and a tv in the second bedroom. Living room furniture was comfortable for watching tv, reading or just looking at the amazing gulf. Communication with the owner was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 month stay. Not really a lot to do in the immediate area but shopping and activities are a short ride away. There are a couple restaurants within walking distance.

Great little getaway place

This condo was perfect for our needs. It was within out budget and was right across from the beach. It was a little dated inside but it was clean and that is what mattered to me. The only thing that wasn't great was inside the cabinets, they need a good overall cleaning on the inside of shelves, everything else was perfect.

Nice, quite and relaxing!

Everything was easy, it was so laid back. The only thing I would ask them to change is the sofa, my husband was a little afraid to sit on it. The condo was clean and comfortable and we had a great time.

Great Vacation

We arrived a couple hours late. I was worried because it was after hours and I was almost sure we would have some kind of issue with lock code or WiFi. Those horrible vacation stories you hear about. Well staying in this condo of Tom and his sweet wife was my best vacation in 10 years. No problem everything was as they stated. He was easy to communicate with, very nice people by the way. But everything was great if they will have us back we will diffently be booking with them again.

Very cozy condo!

This condo is in a wonderful location. It’s close to everything and the view of the beach is amazing. We had everything we needed and felt at home here. The kids loved having their own space and we were all a little sad to leave. Very clean when we arrived and communication with Thomas was great! We definitely wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would absolutely recommend it.
