Esta unidad puede acomodar hasta 8 personas y ofrece dos terrazas privadas con vista al mar y dos espacios de estacionamiento dedicados justo afuera de su puerta. No caminar desde un garaje de estacionamiento. Tiene solo una casa adosada adjunta y se encuentra en la tranquila subdivisión de Villa Chateau.

Easy access to the beach

This was mine, my daughter’s and my best friend’s second time staying in this house. We stayed here the first time July 2020. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to stay in the same house again. I’m disabled so in 2020 I looked a long time before booking a place. I chose this house because it’s so close to the beach. The price and this combined. I was planning on sleeping on the couch because I can’t climb stairs then when we arrived I found that there Is a bed in the house not listed on VRBO. It’s a small single bed under the stairs and it was perfect for me. THIS WOULD BE GREAT FOR ANYONE WITH BREATHING DIFFICULTIES OR ANY TYPE OF DISABILITY. The villa that the house is in is quiet. There’s a Winn Dixie right down the road and one of those famous Florida donut shops that makes so many delicious things to eat and coffees. We plan on staying in this house again hopefully this year.

Very good location, the condo needs a little TLC, but it is perfect. Condition Very close to the beach and Pier Park. Highly recommended. If I have the opportunity to rent it again, I would do it without hesitation. Thank you very much.

Close beach access

The host seemed caring with our arrival in that he wanted us to be aware a cleaning crew would probably be there during our check in time. The property layout is very nice. Its affordable and very close to the beach. Community pool was nice. The property could use some new flooring, fresh coat of paint, and clean up the back patio. Doing the suggested updates are questionable because not everyone takes pride in taking care of someone else's property so my ratings are not based entirely on cosmetics. Nonetheless, it was a great vacation with my wife and my adult son. I recommend!

Awesome Beach House with Convenient Location

This beach house is only a few quick steps from beach access 76B, which was very convenient for bringing beach supplies back and forth. The house itself was very homey and accommodating for large or small families. There's a balcony at the front of the house and the back for relaxing once the beach day was over. Jeremy was a great host and responded quickly when there were any questions or issues. Overall, I would highly recommend this location for families to spend their beach vacation at. Also, we would strongly consider staying here in the future.

Great location. Good price range. But condo needs serious updating to get out of the 70s. Need to remove carpet especially with all the sand. Whole condo needs a revamp.

Great Budget Friendly Option

Me and my extended family rented three separate units in this same community. This unit was not as nice as either of the other two but it was much more budget friendly which I very much needed. I would 100% recommend to anybody looking to save a several hundred bucks a week.

Location can’t be beat! Walkway to the beach has no steps, so pulling the wagon was easy. Thomas donuts was a 7 minute walk. The beach wasn’t crowded with rental chairs and umbrellas. Jeremy was easy to reach when needed.

Jeremy made sure everything went smoothly with our trip and responded promptly to all of our messages! The condo is steps from the beach and in a lovely neighborhood. 10/10 great service.

Family beach vacation

The property was super nice, and plenty of room for our family . The outside patio gave us a great place to grill and relax.. The beach is literally across the street.. The neighborhood is very quite and family friendly.. We loved our stay..

Jeremy's property was exactly described as listed beautiful property great access to the beach not even 100 steps the townhome was amazing cleanliness we had everything we needed down to dish washing liquid, washing powders enough towels for a family of 9 sit on the balcony to watch the ocean both balconies have ocean views it was definitely worth every penny Jeremy called addressed everything gave me grew things to do work my family I would definitely stay here again 😊😊

Great location

This townhouse is in a great location very close to the Panama City Beach, literally across the street. Pool area is very nice as well. If you love the beach, this is a great place to stay.

Great Location, Nice Stay

We had a great trip with no complaints. The condo was as described. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is great because you're far enough away from the most crowded areas, but still close enough to everything. The beach is close with easy access to a less-crowded section of the beach, and you could see the ocean from the balconies.

Great location!!

Just as described!! Great location and great views from the balconies!! Beach access across the street too. I had my four legged g-baby and child with us and they loved being able to just sit outside and enjoy the smells and sounds!! I would most definitely stay here again!!

Overall great!

We enjoyed our week here. Great place for the 4 of us and our dog. Jeremy was easy to rent from and quick to respond with any questions we had. Great location, right across the street from the beach and only about a block walk to the pool. Neighbors in the small community were so friendly and welcoming. Condo could use the standard upgrades (this is why the cleanliness rating wasnt higher, ex: carpet) but I also feel like when you allow pets, that is hard to keep up with on a rental. Pictures given online are true to the unit.

Labor Day getaway

We left Georgia after work Friday before Labor Day and arrived after midnight. The access into the condo was easy. It’s right across from beach access walkway. Unit was clean and had cooking utensils. Overall a great experience.

Cute Villa with easy, close beach access

My daughter, her best friend, my best friend, & I stayed June 30-July 7, 2020. The pics & description are accurate. It’s maybe 100 steps to the beach. The beach access says public but there’s no nearby parking so you have the area to yourself only with the others in the other Villas & some private houses right on the beach. That was very nice. It’s in a great location. There’s a Winn Dixie just down the road. There’s a Walmart & many other shopping centers not far away. Santa Rosa, Rosemary, Watercolor, Grayton, & Seacrest Beach are all a short drive away with great resturants. A coffee & donut shop nearby. A good distance from everything. The beds were comfy & had toppers. I’m disabled & before we arrived was not sure where I was going to sleep because of difficulty climbing stairs. When we got there I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was a twin bed under the stairs. It’s not included in the pics on the post. It had a topper & was comfy. Also not in the pics on the front porch were 2 rocking chairs & 2 stable chairs. We enjoyed sitting out here in the AM drinking coffee. My daughter & her best friend slept in one room. She said they enjoyed the balcony, the closet was big, & hearing the ocean from their room. The water pressure was great. WiFi also. Even though we didn’t watch much tv there was satellite or cable with many channels. It was stocked with board games to play. The kitchen was well stocked. It had a blender & a Keurig coffee maker. Water hoses on the front & back porches to rinse off with after returning from the beach. Jeremy was very easy to deal with & contact. Nice neighborhood. My best friend said let’s stay here again next year & we agreed

Beware! Dishonest Owner with Scamming Intention!

Stayed here from 5/18 - 5/25 and found out: 1) Pictures of this house is far outdated! 2) Yellow stains found on pillows 3) Dark-red, sticky, food/blood stains found on couch and couch pillows 4) Cockroaches rampage kitchen and bathrooms (good luck with your food!) 5) Silverfishes found in cupboard, towels, and blankets 6) Potential bed bugs as the kids got multiple red itchy bumps every single day during our stay 7) House has carpet thru-out which is old and has damp smell (good try with the strong air freshener but the bad smell is still in the air) 8) There is no walls in the backyard for privacy. Your backyard table is literally 5 feet away from your neighbors’! Above all, this is the saddest thing:***Owner attempts to claim for property damages which never occurs!!!*** Now, whether or not you want to stay here, may you be happy with your decision!
