Overall, the property had much to enjoy for my kids & I for our spring break trip. The room keys were not reliable even despite getting new keys from security.

This location was absolutely perfect 🤩. The views were amazing! The comfort of the beds and lounge space refreshing. The host was available if we needed them but I didn’t because everything was provided before hand and the place was just as the amenities stated. The shower in the master bathroom was full of moldy pink and black caulk. The vents in the bathrooms were caked in dust. The ceiling in the hallway was sagging, wet, and appeared to be moldy. It was clearly "patched" over many times with out properly being addressed. When I contacted the owner I was told it was fully usable and that they would send the cleaning company back up. When the cleaning company called me she stated, "we cleaned the shower, but the mold needs to be addressed and won't be fixed with a routine cleaning. I told the owner that a while ago and nothing has been done. I also told them about the ceiling". So the owner willingly and knowingly rented us this unit for nearly 2,000 dollars for 3 nights in this condition. Which is unacceptable and we are attempting to get a refund, but they do not agree that we should get one.

We regret that this guest left dissatisfied and would like to provide important context for future guests. We accommodated the guest’s request for early check-in. When she later identified several areas she wanted reviewed, we responded promptly and, with her authorization, arranged for our cleaner to return while the group was away. The cleaner spoke directly with the guest and performed the requested light dusting of the bathroom vent and shower-light area. Arranging this additional visit was part of our commitment to addressing guest concerns promptly; it was not confirmation that mold or an unsafe condition was present. The quotation attributed to our cleaner in this review is not accurate. Although the cleaner confirmed speaking with the guest, she has directly confirmed that she did not make the quoted statements about mold, the ceiling, or having previously reported those conditions to us. At no time during the stay was mold confirmed by a qualified professional. The guest elected to depart one night early. Before this review was submitted, we had already confirmed in writing that we would refund the final unused night after the reservation reached its scheduled checkout. That refund was subsequently processed through Vrbo. We take every guest report seriously. In this instance, we responded promptly, arranged an additional visit, documented the areas identified by the guest for appropriate follow-up, and honored the refund for the unused night. We remain committed to maintaining the condo carefully and providing every guest with a clean, comfortable stay and responsive assistance whenever a concern is reported.

Great location

It was very clean and the host was great! Checkin process was easy. Would definitely stay again. It is a little loud on the balcony from the AC unit in the front so you cant hear the ocean but the view is amazing!
