Sleeps 6 in 2 Bedrooms/ 2.5 Baths, Sofa Bed With Direct Ocean Front View

Your vacation should be a memorable experience and we aim to please. In our ocean front townhouse, you can see the Atlantic Ocean at every turn--from the master bedroom, the living room and kitchen and balcony. Marvelous. Dolphins may be swimming down the beach and jumping around 10 AM. The white sand is pristine and like sugar it is so fine. At mid-to-low tide, the beach goes out 100 yards or more (see pictures). MY CONDO IS THE MOST RENTED AT THE FOUR WINDS!

The condo is updated and taken care of very regularly. A new tile floor was added in the main kitchen; the dining area's wicker furniture had a nice painting over New Years; the master bedroom had a new bathroom added recently as well as a new King size bed over New Year's; a new queen bed was added to replace one of the twin beds in the guest bedroom for more bed space, several new (42' and 32') flat screen TVs were installed with HD; we have two pools, Wi-Fi, and cable, of course. Washer and dryer, of course. Our staff is very friendly and accommodating. If you need something, they will help. But, the best part of the condo is that it is right on the ocean and you can walk right out in seconds.

Vacation!

We just returned from a wonderful 10 days in this beautiful Ocean Front Condo. It is very nicely furnished with everything you need to relax and enjoy the beach, or one of the 2 heated pools. Only 10 miles from Historic Saint Augustine...take the Red Train Tour of the city, or a romantic carriage ride. Ghost tour, Light House, Castillo de San Marcos have been family favorites. There are so many great restaurants. We have been vacationing here for many years, and this condo is one of our favorites. We have already booked again for next year. Thanks Jim, for sharing your beautiful Beach Home!
