Ryan is very responsive and accommodating. The house was everything we needed for our stay while working in the area. We would definitely look for availability next time we in the area

The property was clean enough and good location close to family that we came to visit. We stayed 3 nights. However, there were 6 of us and owner locked the bathroom downstairs due to there only being 6, he said there needed to be 10 to have use of all 3 bathrooms. I wasn’t aware of this until we got there, so those that were in the basement have to go upstairs to use bathroom. I am 72 and would have preferred the bedroom downstairs with queen bed, but need bathroom several times at night and struggle with stairs at night. My son and his wife took the master bedroom/bathroom, so I slept in one of the rooms upstairs with an uncomfortable twin beds. It just seemed stingy on the bathrooms for 6 people, so they don’t have to clean it. It was really an inconvenience since we could have used the 3 bathrooms which is what we needed and why I booked the house. Also no wash cloths which is common is Europe, but not here. He wanted to charge more for the third bathroom. I feel like I had already paid quite a lot for the place and expected that I’d be getting the 3 bathrooms that I saw in the listing. I won’t stay there again because of that.

Great house, tried to add a date at the beginning of the stay and communication was rough with the owner. But it ended up working out.
