amenities weren’t available to us had to buy our own trash bags even if we wanted to cook no pots/ pans were available to us but a skillet .. communication was there but hardly very clean home &’ nice

This review is inaccurate and appears retaliatory. You mentioned that there were no pots or cookware available; however, our home is fully stocked with multiple pots, pans, and cooking essentials, and we provide photos showing exactly where these items are located for guests. Extra garbage bags, tissue paper, and toiletries were also provided and available throughout your stay. The property was professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Unfortunately, the home was left in an excessive mess after checkout, including food residue, stains on floors, and a heavily soiled kitchen and stove, which required significant additional cleaning beyond normal use. All of this has been documented and reported. Additionally, the reservation stated fewer guests than were actually observed arriving at the property. We take cleanliness and guest experience seriously and maintain full documentation of the condition of our home before and after every stay! so future hosts pleaee be aware of the situation.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with.At first, we were a little nervous seeing the posted rules and potential fees throughout the home, but we understand that it’s the host’s responsibility to protect and maintain the property. In the end, we had no issues at all. We weren’t charged any additional fees, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.The host was also very accommodating and kindly allowed my visitor upon request, which we really appreciated.
