To clarify, the smoke alarm issue was simply due to a low battery and was resolved first thing the following morning. We take guest concerns seriously and addressed it promptly as soon as we were notified. We are also unsure what is being referenced regarding an “abandoned pad,” as there is a well-maintained neighboring home directly across the street. During and after the stay, we did not observe or receive any reports of ants, and there is no gun range near the property. Unfortunately, this review appears to be retaliatory in nature after the guests requested a full refund over the smoke alarm issue. Although we still provided a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, it apparently did not meet their expectations. We remain committed to providing a clean, accurately represented, and enjoyable experience for all of our guests.
