Delightful roomy 3-bedroom newly renovated modern farmhouse. With a mix of sleeping options; king, queen, full, bunk beds, twin mattresses and futon; this charming property offers a cozy stay. Enjoy the convenience of central AC/Heat, WiFi, coffee bar and more amenities. Relax in the living room or get some work done in the office space. Let the kids play outside or in the game room inside. Enjoy a cookout on the patio with gas or charcoal grill complete with table and chairs, or just enjoy the evening sitting around the fire pit, fire wood provided free.
Home is UV sanitized after every stay and air purifiers run 24/7. Linens and towels are washed in hypoallergenic and perfume free detergent, with no heavy smells or air freshners.

This place was amazing to stay at. A nice, open living space. Comfy beds, really nice bathrooms with HUGE showers. The kitchen was fully upgraded and had everything we needed for meal prep. The skylights in the kitchen and master bathroom provided really nice natural light. The outdoor space was really nice too. Shade trees everywhere. A full sized gas grill to cook on and plenty seating. The location is great. Its really close to everything you need but you feel like you're on a getaway out in the country. We'll definitely try to stay here again in the future.

We stayed at Jenk Farm for a fishing tournament, and it was perfect! First of all, the house was beautiful, especially inside. They also have a barn where you can park your boat and charge your batteries overnight. It is 10 minutes from most ramps on Stillhouse Hollow, and 10-20 from the ramps on Lake Belton. I would 100% stay here again!

The property was the best vrbo property I've every stayed at. The hosts were amazing. The attention to details far surpassed my expectations. The property reminded me of staying at my grandmothers house in the country. Beautiful trees , great front porch. But with all updated furnishings and appliances. Don't pass on this property, it has something for everyone, even a childrens game area. I'll be back often!

The pictures do not do the property justice. It’s full of natural light which made it so much more welcoming. We had a wonderful stay. We are originally from centex and the property is centrally located for our families to come visit us. We were able to accommodate visitors and have family gatherings and meals. The property has plenty of seating and a nice sized kitchen that was well stocked and labeled that made meals a breeze and excellent for several bodies moving around. We will definitely be using the property in future! The host was very pleasant to communicate with. We really appreciate the thought and care they put into the property and our families experience.

My wife and I are both from Texas. We are both retired. I am a devoted family man and enjoy time with grand children. I am also a retired U.S. Air Force Veteran. We are very involved at our church. Our family is all located on the adjoining property which is very convenient for supporting each other. You are welcome to visit our Facebook page at Jenkfarm Getaway where we post some of our unique events.

Why they chose this property

Love the peacefulness, solitude, and lots of fond family moments. We live on adjoining acrage with our son and daughter and their families. Our place is conveniently located between 2 lakes (Belton and Stillhouse), therefore our location is great for staying the weekend for those bass tournaments. Property is also within 3-4 hours of major Texas cities; San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, Galveston, 1 hour to Austin and Waco. We are located next to Fort Hood Military Base approximately 20 away.

What makes this property unique

We are located off the beaten path, Secluded, Restful, Quiet, Country atmosphere while located within city limits. Renovated and modernized farmhouse. We are located next to the largest military installation; Fort Hood. You can get a visitors pass and visit the museums and static displays of various military equipment. We have had several bass teams with their boats stay the weekend to fish tournaments. We have plenty of parking and 2 covered bay areas with electric to back the boat in to charge the batteries. We have hosted a wedding with the reception following and also the Texas Department of Public Safety Pipe & Drum Group who were competing in the annual Highland games in nearby Salado.
Nearby towns like Fredericksburg and Salado offer great antique shopping and wine tasting opportunities.
