This home offers 2586 Square Feet single family 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths home, on a quiet neighborhood corner lot facing Saegert Ranch Elementary school and huge backyard overlooking horse and cattle ranches. An ideal home uniquely located minutes away to Fort Cavazos, Killeen Special Event Center, Killeen Civic and Conference Center, Mall, Restaurants, Movie Theater, and Harker Heights shopping plaza. An hour to Austin or Waco; about 25 minutes to Belton/Temple, and the Expo Center.

Living Space
The 1st floor has the master bedroom, the living room w/fireplace (Smart TV with Spectrum TV channel or ROKU TV), den, guest bathroom (half bath), and the kitchen. The master bedroom has one queen bed, three wardrobes and large walk-in closet. The 3 bedrooms upstairs each have queen size beds, shares one full bath and a loft with couch, love seat, TV (Smart TV with Spectrum TV channel or ROKU TV), and a computer desk.

Guest Access
Electronic door locks (front and back doors).
Two-car garage, two-car driveway, and street parking.

This was a comfortable and easy place to stay. There is a bunny in the backyard which I loved seeing.
Went out to Olive Garden after shopping at the mall while there.

Not as Advertised

On arrival a person at the door was installing a camera saying he was the 'maintenance man' and very quickly said back up your car so he can leave. We did as ask. The house floors were dirty, fingerprints on the woodwork, dust and dirt on the coffee table. The bed had been made but the sheets were place on sideways, the shower was very dirty, the only towels were new with the tags still on them. The dishwasher latch was broken and the top shelf was sitting at an angle. The stove top was greasy and the oven was not clean. The only place setting were 3 forks, 5 spoons, and four knives which were not that clean. There was only one small knife for cutting and a spatula. Glasses and dinnerware were dusty. There were NO cleaning supplies except for a small sponge and a small bottle of dish soap. The Washer machine apparently worked because we found the dryer "STUFFED" full bed clothes most of which were still wet. There was not enough room in the dryer for a paper towel let alone get anything dry. We discovered a wall CAMERA in the corner of the living room. The backdoor leading out to the patio had not been clean in a very long time. Stepping out the door to the yard, it was as big as the pictures represented, but not appealing. We contacted a neighbor to verify our findings, who does the grass mowing, and they did. Sent an email then to owner stating we WOULD NOT stay there and rented a motel room for our stay.
