Location, location, location!
What makes this Condo unique
Sit on the deck with a glass of wine in early evening to watch the light change on Bald Mountain. Check to see if the gondolas are running for a ride up the mountain! Also seated on the deck you can view the variety of bikers, runners, dog-strollers as they wander up and down the adjacent bike path. Close enough to see but not close enough to interrupt your morning. There is nothing better than a cup or coffee and a breakfast on the deck in the morning summer sun. In the summer step off the deck and head through the gate to access the pool for a quick refresher after a hike or bike up the trails available on the mountain. Or if you are a fisherman walk 50 yards across the bike path and you are on the Wood River. You will find excellent rainbow trout fishing and a beautiful river. Handgliders launch off of Baldy and sail down the mountain to land just south of the condo in the Sun Valley parking lot. On a nice day one after another colorful glider casts a shadow on the deck as they pass over up above. You can walk to main street Ketchum in 10 minutes. Evening walks are so pleasant when you wind up in one of Ketchum's many fine restaurants. Leave the car behind!

Right on the bike path and next to the pool!
We loved our stay here and want to rent this same condo next time and every time! The porch sits up against the condo assoc. pool. Maybe we lucked out, but every time we swam (4-5 times? ) we had the pool to ourselves. The condo sits on the bike path, too. Inside the condo, everything was clean, and everything we needed was there. We love antibacterial soap for handwashing? Both sinks had it! Coffee makers aplenty! We had a few hot days and multiple fans were conveniently located in the closet. Thank you!!
Quiet, Peaceful Retreat
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was located close to the Big Wood River in a very quiet location, but we were still close enough to downtown Ketchum to walk there when we needed to. We enjoyed the views of the mountain from the deck, and we could also see deer from there early in the morning. The condo itself was well appointed. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and more. The bed, sofa, and chairs were comfortable, and after a long day of exploring the area, it was great to lounge around and watch TV. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Ketchum.
Next to River Run
A lovely, comfortable place for two, right next to the heated swimming pool that no one else used. Also just off the bike path,,, and it is Ketchum’s closest condo to the base of the River Run ski lift.
Perfect location for skiing
The property was very nicely setup for a few days of skiing. Easy walk to the lodge as well as downtown. The pool was covered with 3' of snow so we were not able to enjoy it this trip but we were impressed on how close it was. The amenities were awesome as it felt like being at home.
The property was just as pictured in the photos. It was very comfortable and welcoming.
We had a terrific trip to Sun Valley and this property is the perfect location. Barely five minutes to the bottom of the gondola, it was very nice at the end of the day to have a drink in the beautiful lodge and make the short walk back to our cozy home-away-from-home. Lynne was especially responsive to all questions and a delight to deal with. We would definitely stay at this property again.
Newly remodeled unit.
The unit is within a five (5) minute walk to Sun Valley Resort / River Run. Also a relatively short walk to downtown Ketchum and all associated attractions. A car is really not necessary if your intent is to stay within the confines of the ski resort & downtown area. The unit has been recently remodeled with all new appliances. Everything you need for cooking, bathing and homesteading is at your fingertips. Its a wonderful unit to experience Ketchum and vicinity.
You can get away without having a car if you are at the condo on a ski vacation. The mountain is very close and if you don't mind a 10 minute walk to the downtown area you can access the groceries stores if you eat in or many excellent restaurants if you want to eat out.
