As guests of Tivoli Terrace, you’ll enjoy access to a sparkling community pool, a beach tram, and the iconic white sands just a short 10-minute stroll away. Whether you’re relaxing by the sea or enjoying the Sandestin Resort’s many coastal attractions, Golf Shores is your gateway to beachside and fairway bliss. Bring the whole family to this great place!
The space
Step into comfort and coastal convenience at this spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo, thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 9 guests. As you enter, a stairwell welcomes you, leading to a well-appointed landing where you’ll find the “beach closet.” This space is stocked with beach essentials—chairs, mat, tent, and wakeboard—along with a towel rack to help keep sand outside where it belongs.

The first bedroom at the top of the stairs features a cozy Queen bed and its own full bathroom—perfect for guests seeking privacy. Down the hallway, tucked beneath the loft stairs off the living room, is a second bedroom with a King bed and another full bath. The main master suite, located just off the living room, boasts a King bed, two closets, and a spacious private bathroom. Upstairs in the loft, the fourth bedroom offers a bunk bed (twin over full), one closet, and a charming overlook of the main living area—ideal for kids or flexible sleeping arrangements.

Professionals will appreciate the small adjustable desk in the kitchen corner, which doubles as a standing or seated workspace.

Guests also enjoy access to the community pool ,and a refundable $500 deposit secures the use of the golf cart (driver’s license required).

There is a $15 additional guest fee per guest after the 4th guest which is automatically included if guest booked for a correct number of guests. If the additional guests will be added after booking, We will recalculate and add the additional guest fees.

Early check-in/Late checkout maybe available for an extra cost.

✔The Phil Hummel Aquatic Center Pool is heated and open all year-round. It's the perfect place to take a dip or get your laps in. Also features zero entrance fee for little ones.

~We do not allow any personal mail &/or package deliveries of any kind, no exceptions.
~We provide initial supplies to get you started. For the duration of your stay, you'll need to purchase any additional supplies you require.
~Do not disrespect Neighbors.
~Please follow check-in and check-out instructions.
~Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
~Do not remove makeup with white towels in the unit. There are dark towels in the bathroom cabinet under the sink for this.
~Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. Doing so will result to a $500 fine)
~Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
~No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. Smoking of any kind will result in an additional charge (listed below).
~No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like.
~Do not have more guests (regardless of age) than stated in your reservation and we do not allow visitors. Any overnight guests not on the reservation will be considered an additional guest for the reservation and will result in an additional guest fee (listed below).
~No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10pm.
~All Guests are expected to clean up after themselves prior to departure: If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
~All Guests are expected to wash their own dishes prior to departure.
~We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. Shipping items that have been left behind will result in an additional handling charge (listed below). Items may be donated or disposed of at our discretion 2 days after your scheduled departure.

Building Office Access: Please note that the building office reserves the right to enter the premises during your stay for scheduled maintenance or in case of emergency situations beyond the host's control. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such circumstances.

★★FEES, if incurred, must be paid within 1 hour of submission or reservation will be subject to termination with no refund. ★★
★FEES: A $50 handling fee must be paid prior to any request for our staff to return a lost item left in the unit.
★FEES: Lost TV remote control will result in a $25 charge.
★FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: $75 for every 30 minutes past check-out.
★FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 deodorization fee.
★FEES: Undeclared/Unauthorized guests $100 fine per guest.
★FEES: Party/Noise in the listing $250 fine.
★FEES: Unauthorized Pets will result in an additional $250 charge per pet.
★FEES: Tampering of any kind to the security systems, smoke detectors, noise monitoring device, exterior cameras or any other permanent electronic device in the effort to disable, damage, unplug or degrade the use of these systems will result in an immediate $250 charge.

★ In the event that this account is referred to a collection agency, guests agree to pay any collection fees incurred by (OwlStays Services LLC or OwlStays LLC) in addition but not limited to any attorneys fees or costs of collections.
