This delightful property features two bedrooms, a living and dining room, kitchen integrated to the living room, toilet, bathroom and service area. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double box bed, split air conditioning, wardrobe with hangers and views of the garden. The other bedroom is equipped with split air conditioning, wardrobe and an exclusive seating area facing the pool, two single beds which can optionally be joined to form a double bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with bed linen. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove, crockery, cutlery and utensils. Private bathroom with hot shower and towels. Service area with laundry sink. Paid service for washing clothes in nearby laundries. Free Wifi and SmartTV 32" (netflix, you tube). Swimming pool (4x7x1,5 meters) is available for guests use all year long. Central location at Lagoa, in a quiet street and residential area, yet a few minutes walk to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bus station, taxi rank, banks, nightclubs, shopping, Plaza da Lagoa, handicraft fair, lagoon boat terminal, gyms and other conveniences of a commercial center. For your peace of mind, we provide a space in our garage with our cars without additional cost (reservation is required).
