If you are looking for a great place to get away and enjoy some mountain air, peace and quiet with comfort, then this is a great place to stay! The host is very quick to respond and ensure that you have everything you need. My wife and I with our grown children and grandbabies had an extended weekend and enjoyed every moment. Craig was an amazing host. The house is the nicest home we have seen in Ruidoso. So many activities for the adults and kids to enjoy. Pool table, ping pong, pickleball, horse shoe pit. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun weekend in a beautiful home.

This place was amazing! I didn’t want to leave! My husband always chooses homes for the view and the comfort of the homes. This view is the very best!!!! The bed was so comfortable, I even checked the mattress to see what kind it was as I’m about to replace mine at home. My wants in a VRBO are very simple, birds! I am a birder and i absolutely loved this home from the water features for the birds to all of the flowers for the hummingbirds and goldfinches to feed in. My happy place!!! We will definitely be back! Actually for someone with kids, this place would be amazing!!!! So many games to play to entertain!

I can't express more how detailed, upscale and literally over the top home this is. We celebrated my dads' 80th bday and it will be a trip to remember. We had an issue with the stove and Craig responded right away. We took advantage of everything offered from an amazing 7person hot tub, the swinging chairs(my dad's favorite) pickleball, ping pong, darts, horseshoe n more. Three night weren't enough but we will return.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for our family. The views are breathtaking and the accommodations are even better. There was everything and more to do and keep the kids entertained. The kitchen and the living room made it so easy for my family to hang out and spend quality time together. The downstairs area with the pool table was great for the older kids to go hang out and spend time together as well. The back porch was a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine and take in the great views. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook for the family. Our host was phenomenal - they were very informative at check-in and available to answer any questions we had. They also reached out a few times to check in and make sure our stay was going well. We will definitely be back!

Amazing! Although the pictures of this property are beautiful, it’s even prettier in person! The amount of luxury details are incredible. The hosts were so attentive to our questions and helped us navigate small details. The house was so cozy and comfortable. They’ve thought of absolutely everything to make your stay unforgettable. Beds incredibly comfortable, quality linens, wonderful hot showers, kitchen is great for cooking for a large family. Plenty of room in the open area between dining and living for our family of 10 to hang out, play games and enjoy the view. Wildlife is common in the front and back yard. The deer even stood 100ft away watching us play pickleball. This is a perfect family retreat. Ski and go in town if you want, but the house has plenty of things to entertain you if you never leave. We loved it!

Our stay at this property was amazing! The views were breathtaking and the outdoor patios made every morning and evening an absolute paradise! Check in and check out were super easy and Craig was very responsive to answer any questions we had. We enjoyed the garage with the darts, ping pong table and pickleball court. There was so much to enjoy at the house that no one wanted to leave to go into town! We highly recommend this property and plan to come back!

My name is Craig and I am the owner/host for 137 TopSide. My wife Faith and I have 3 children and 5 grandchildren and call El Paso our home. One of our favorite things is spending time in Ruidoso and when we bought this house I knew that I wanted to share it and all of the things we love about Ruidoso with everybody. During the process of getting our house Airbnb ready, an unexpected thing happened, I realized that I love hosting and hope that you enjoy TopSide as much as we do!
