Great for what we paid for. Some spots were not completly clean and there were broken/ cracked dishes. Quiet and relaxing for us as well.

Stayed for 2 weeks, nice quiet neighborhood. It is a little bit of a drive through winding narrow roads to get there. Overall the place was clean, older appliances but working. There was one night were one of the neighbors was singing karaoke until around 3-4am, can hear him in the master bedroom, otherwise our entire stay was trouble free.

Clean, nice and comfortable home to stay

It was a very clean spacious and comfortable home to stay while we visited Orlando and Disney World. (Aprox 30 minutes away from Disney with traffic). They charged me a deposit payment but they returned it a week after my stay. Thanks for having us.

Additional week in Florida

The property was very clean and perfect for the week. Our only complaint was the mattresses on the bed were not comfortable. Other than that the property was great.

Great little town house

We enjoyed this cute little town house which was great for our family. My only complaint is that they only provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and the rest you have to buy if needing more. Which isn't all that bad. But they don't even give you one full roll it is whatever is left from the previously tenants is all you get. I do believe one full complete roll should be provided. This rule was also for the trash bags which that one I disagree with. I think more should be available as large families tend to fill up one bad rather quickly. But overall it was an enjoyable stay and we will likely book again when not on Disney property.

Family spring break vacation

Really bright and cherry with outstanding interior decoration

Had a great stay in this very roomy townhouse. The rugs could use a shampooing as there were many brown dots in all rooms. The internet was very weak to the point that WE had to call Sprectrum who found a cut cable outside and had to replace it. No help from the office with this problem. The photos on the site showing a view from the back deck shows a empty field. When in actuality there is now another townhouse there. The privacy was limited.

Awesome rental great condition well maintained

Great rental perfect space for our family of 5 for our Disney/universal vacation. Driving times were for all parks 30-45 minutes. Beds were comfortable in all rooms, a/c worked awesome our only issue while we stayed was the Soa temperature issues to hot, to cold sometimes however management responded immediately with resolution to issue each time. Home was in a well maintained neighborhood and very clean!

Short Disney vacation with little kids. 3 adults & 2 kids.

Approximately 14 miles from Magic Kingdom door to door. Took us 30 minutes to get there in the morning on a weekday. Unit is in a safe, family friendly neighborhood with modern furniture. It was very clean. Plenty of space. We did not feel cramped in any way. The splash pool is good for little kids. They had enough towels & utensils. What we didn’t like: These are minor gripes: The WiFi username for unit was not clearly displayed. We had the password, but not the WiFi username. We had to unplug the WiFi multiple times to see which username appeared & disappeared to figure it out. Since it was after hours, we couldn’t call anybody to figure it out. The after hours number is for emergencies only. No salt, pepper or sugar in unit. The bed downstairs was not supportive at all. It would totally sink & move with any little movement.

Very Clean

We have stayed at this property several times as is is close to our family. We always find it clean and very nice. The only draw back for some may be its location off of St Highway 27 but it has never been a problem for us. Would stay there again.

Great property

This is a great property and we enjoyed staying here. The only issue we had was some paper work exchange with property manager. I called them a few days before our arrival about early check in and they said we haven’t even got your paperwork for your stay yet. They claimed to have emailed it to me but I couldn’t find the email anywhere, so they sent it over and we got it completed. I did get an email with info about property which i thought was all i needed. However, I’m. NOt sure what would’ve happened if I did call about early check in because no one ever called to say we sent some paper work but never got anything back. Would I’ve shown up without a place to stay? They said the door code wouldn’t have worked with out the info. A little more communication other than we sent you an email would’ve been nice. I called on a Thursday for a Sunday check in, they are closed sundays and most the day Saturday l, so there wasn’t much time left for them to contact me.

Home Away from Home

Beautiful home. Listing as described. I forgot it wasn't wash cloths in the home and had to run out and buy some. Saw nats flying around the kitchen area several times but kitchen clean. Might possibly be the garbage disposal as I saw them mostly in that area. I would recommend this home to any one. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. I made a service call about the toilet and shower in the kids bathroom (Mickey room) and they came out right away that same day while we were at the parks and they made sure to call and email the results. Don't look any further, book here.

Awesome condo

Everything was great with this condo, except the location was a little far. The manager responded to any and all inquiries in a very timely manner. It felt like this condo was very far from everything as you have to drive through a pretty big neighborhood before reaching the condo development. Overall, we still enjoyed our time here. The private pool out back was perfect for the kids. The community pool was under construction, so we had a pass to use the neighboring community pool. We would definitely stay again.
