The brand new gated community Serenity Resort is the ideal choice for those who are looking to keep guests of all ages amused. It offers the tranquility of the countryside and a short drive distance to all of Orlando's attractions, restaurants, commercial centers, malls, and natural trails.

This resort-style community features an on-site downtown area that consists of an arcade, fitness center, resort-style heated swimming pool.

The community is located directly off I4 in Orlando with a short driving distance to all the Disney World, Universal, Legoland, and SeaWorld attraction parks, restaurants, malls and well-known championship golf courses.



Guests are amazed by the contemporary decoration through the house, an oversized Mickey themed-room, and a private screened patio with a private pool and sitting area under the lanai.



The main level consist of a luminous and spacious open-floor plan where the guests can enjoy preparing delicious meals in a modern fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and isle, all while spending time with family and friends in the sitting & dining area that leads to the private patio. The Washer/Dryer room is located near the kitchen.



The accommodation consists of 3 well-appointed bedrooms. The first master has a QueenSize bed and a shared full-bathroom. On the upper level guests can find the main master bedroom with a KingSize bed and an ensuite bathroom, and the third bedroom has a Full Over Full Bunk Bed and TwinSize bed that are beautifully theme-decorated for kids.

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, private access to the entire Townhouse during your stay. That includes all 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and everything else you need to feel at home. No shared spaces, just your group.



We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. While we won’t be on-site, we’re just a message or phone call away, and our office is available from 8am until 9pm to assist you with any questions or concerns.



We keep it easy and contactless: check-in and check-out are fully remote, so there’s no need to meet anyone or wait around. Due to the nature of our online business, a pre-check-in process is required immediately after booking. This process is completed through our Guest App, where you will e-sign a rental agreement and submit your check-in information, including a photo ID and a selfie for security purposes. Once the Verification Form is fulfilled, you will be ready to receive, two days prior arrival, the gate code, door code, and directions so you can head straight in, no front desk, no delays.

- Rideshare Apps: Popular rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, providing a convenient and affordable transportation option. Simply download the app on your smartphone, set your pickup location, and request a ride to your desired destination.

Looking to enhance your stay? We offer BBQ grills, pool heaters, jacuzzi heaters, baby cribs, high chairs, strollers, rollaway beds, and Pack ’n Plays for your convenience. These extras are available for an additional fee and are not included in your reservation total. If you'd like to add any of them, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange everything for you!



✦ What We Provide:

Your rental comes with fresh linens, towels (1 bath + 1 hand towel per person), bath rugs, a hair dryer, and a starter set of toiletries and essentials—like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, 3 kitchen trash bags, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, and more. After the initial supply, you’ll need to restock items as needed. A washer and dryer are available for your use.

Washcloths and pool towels are not provided—feel free to bring your own. For safety reasons, we do not supply salt, pepper, or any open food items.



✦ Pet Policy:

We kindly ask that guests do not bring pets, as our properties are not pet-friendly. If you are traveling with a service animal, please reach out to our Reservations Department before your arrival—we’ll be happy to assist you with the registration process and ensure everything is prepared for your stay.
