Located in the Harborage Association, it is a condo complex with an expansive beach with all properties directly on Lake Charlevoix. This lower level condo has three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second has two single beds and the third has a queen bed. Two full bathrooms, den with gorgeous views of the lake, full kitchen, dining table and washer/dryer. Outside patio with seating and grill. There are four tennis courts and a putting green, for your use. A great jumping off place to Petoskey, Charlevoix, East Jordan and all the surrounding resort areas.
