About Sandy - Owner
My husband and I grew up in San Jose and frequently spent time in the Santa Cruz beach area. We moved to Grass Valley and raised our family in the country but found ourselves renting vacation homes at various beach areas in California a few times a year.
Sandy - Owner purchased this Condo in 2017
Why Sandy - Owner chose Watsonville
We fell in love with Pajaro Dunes because of its location right on the beach - not down a rugged cliff, and the warm weather of the area pretty much year-round. The best part about it is: It's not crowded! It is surrounded by ocean on the one side and acres of beautiful farmland on the other. We are just physically steps from the sand with unsurpassed views of the Pacific Ocean, overlooking Monterey Bay and Santa Cruz.
What makes this Condo unique
Pajaro Dunes is truly a natural paradise of tranquility. We love watching the wildlife in their natural habitat such as sea otters, dolphins, California gray whales/humpbacks migrating to Alaska or Mexico. Every time we visit our condo we identify a new seabird or a native blooming plant. We love taking advantage of the areas fresh caught seafood and the freshly picked fruits and vegetables. We think Pajaro Dunes is simply magical!

Everything about the property and the unit made for a perfect getaway! It was close enough to town to eat out, get groceries, see a movie, whale watch. etc. but once we were in for the night it was as if you were at your own private oasis. The unit was well appointed, beds were comfortable and the view was spectacular! Our last visit to Pajaro Dunes was 10 years ago, the next one will be much sooner!
second time there. love the view, the kitchen, the quiet
Convenient, we’ll maintained,
Clean, open, great kitchen, great views. Wouldn’t change a thing.
The place was sparkling clean with just the right amount of furniture and decor without overdoing it. We loved it.
A refuge that exudes beauty, comfort and tranquility
From the moment we stepped into this home, we felt at home. Every detail was thought through in this pristine and well-appointed space—from the beautiful art to the organized kitchen to the comfy beds. The dining area, with it's floor-to-ceiling windows, makes for a perfect spot to daydream while looking out at the Pacific Ocean. The only downside for us was the thought of leaving this tranquil refuge. The owner Sandy couldn't have been more accommodating to our needs and questions. If it's comfort and relaxation you're after, stay here!
