This is a great little place to stay. It is more spacious and nicer than we anticipated. It is a Time Capsule so don’t be expecting many modern conveniences. However it does have two new mini split heating/cooling systems in it and a Keurig with lots of k-cups. Beds were comfortable. Shower was good and the water was hot.

This vintage house trailer is a simple accommodation in the woods among other homes and just five minutes from the Trinity River. It’s decorated in Thrift Store Chic and contains everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The kitchen has a fine hodgepodge of pots and pans, dishware and utensils. The furniture is odd bits and pieces, some comfortable. There was abundant hot water for the shower and tub. The double bed and the bunk bed are adequate. The internet connection is solid and the interactions with Ryan, the host, were excellent. In all, an entirely satisfactory spot for us to relax after a day of floating.

The directions, the communication, and suggestions for fun places to swim were all on point for this location. I do have to say it was a unique experience seeing things from my childhood and older in one place. We had a few bumps during the stay but the hosts communication and willingness to take care of things for us was perfect.
