Quiet and serene, you have private access to the Trinity River where you can watch the eagles and osprey catch a fish in the river right outside your cottage - or you can fish yourself! Strawhouse Resorts is perfect for adventurous getaways, relaxing vacations, intimate getaways, or a work-away-from-home in a gorgeous setting space. You will be delighted by a clean, inviting cottage over-looking the Trinity River; friendly staff; on-site coffee house and café.

Trinity County is unique in its landscape and vast variety of things to do - or not do! So beautiful and so relaxing, we just had to share this with others! Hiking, fishing, rafting abounds!

You can relax along the Trinity River and watch the eagles and osprey (just to name a few of the birds that reside here) fly by, or maybe you'll even to get to see some of our resident otters! You can raft, fish, hike, bike or just relax in the serenity of the Trinity Alps Wilderness Area. Need to work away from home and want a safe and beautiful place to do it? This is your spot!
