and 2 min (or 5min walk) to the greatest park in Warsaw ("Royal Lazienki").15 minutes by bus to get to the Old Town, and going the other way - to Wilanow Palace. Very close to two beautiful parks - the Royal Baths and Morskie Oko.Grocery stores, petrol station, restaurants almost at the door step.
