Welcome to 111 Lakeland Drive, #2D in the charming village of Quechee, Vermont, your ideal retreat in the heart of the Upper Valley. This spacious and inviting vacation rental offers three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it perfect for families, friends, or groups.
The warm and cozy living room is the heart of the home, featuring a stunning wood-burning fireplace that serves as both a functional and aesthetic highlight. Surrounded by a large, comfy red sectional, the fireplace creates a welcoming ambiance, perfect for gathering with family and friends. Whether you’re curling up with a good book, enjoying a movie night, or simply relaxing after a day of adventure, the fireplace is the perfect centerpiece. The living room also includes a mini split system for year-round heating and cooling, as well as floor-to-ceiling windows that provide breathtaking views of the private deck, backyard, and the scenic Highland Golf Course.
The kitchen and dining area are thoughtfully designed for both convenience and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances, a Keurig machine, toaster, blender, and tea kettle. It comes well-stocked with all cookware and cooking utensils, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen also features ample counter space on the island, complete with a breakfast bar and seating for three. Adjacent to the kitchen, the separate dining area includes a table with seating for six, providing a perfect spot for enjoying meals together.
The primary king bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor and offers plenty of clothing storage, a cable TV, and a dedicated work-from-home space complete with a desk, chair, and lamp. This serene retreat also features floor-to-ceiling views of the private deck, backyard, and the Highland Golf Course, with direct access to step outside and enjoy the fresh Vermont air. Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms, all thoughtfully designed for comfort. One bedroom features a daybed with a twin trundle and a stunning floor-to-ceiling window that fills the space with natural light. The second and third bedrooms includes two twin beds and are enhanced by two skylights in each room, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. These spaces are perfect for kids, friends, or anyone seeking a cozy and restful night’s sleep. The home includes two shared bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, both featuring a tub/shower combo to accommodate everyone’s needs. For added convenience, the home also includes a washer and dryer unit, making it easy to keep up with laundry during your stay.
Step outside to your private deck, which you can access from both the living room and the primary bedroom. The deck features a dining table with seating for four, a lounge chair overlooking the grassy yard, and a propane BBQ grill, making it the perfect space for outdoor meals and relaxation. The condo was very cozy and had everything we needed for a great long weekend with family. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen. The setting is beautiful and the walking trails around the golf course were a great way to get out and see the foliage and stretch our legs. The 24/7 support was very responsive and helpful. We arrived past midnight and when we couldn’t figure out where the condo was they helped us right away. We will definitely book again!
