This was the best birthday present getaway ever. This house is amazing. It has all the amenities that you need and its own private beach and dock it’s close to grocery stores and Starbucks. The owner stays in an apartment on property, but does not bother you as long as you follow house rules. The owner is very nice and would love to rent from them again.

This house was really nice! Very convenien, kid and baby friendly private beach and dock for boat! The only thing was we needed more towels but that’s nothing serious. Would definitely book this house again for the future!

Unfortunately, the day I checked in, the pipes started to clog, and the situation worsened as time went on, to the point where my family and I had to leave because we couldn't use the toilet or showers. To this day, we're waiting for a solution to this situation. I hope the owner can refund me for the night we couldn't sleep there.

We’ve booked this location for 7 years. Each year we’ve had great times on the waterfront, and location. This visit we had unexpected roof leak in lower unit, with a tote catching the water and the odor was stuffy, the AC not work 16 hours. AC did get fixed. Communication with host was thru message via VRBO and a tenant on the premise that is still unknown to be the actual host, brother, or owner… who knows. Our previous visits had some plumbing issues with toilets being plugged, kitchens not filled to accommodate, absolutely no cleaning supplies and squeaky beds. Yet not enough to give bad reviews, all due to the beautiful waterfront. However this visit, these issues need to be mentioned and addressed. And we continued our stay having a great time due to that beachfront. We made the most of our stay. The above issue happened the 2nd morning. Asking for a credit, or reimburse any types of discount was discussed but denied due to my not adjusting guests from 4, to possibly 8-10. Yet that was discussed before check in and approved. I also was told there was a broken leg on downstairs couch. I assume from their tenant/brother/host pushing the couch from the roof leak to catch its drippings and from scraping the huge bubbles when the leak got worse.
Start and couch was never sat on after, due to this above leak.
