*This unit is located on the top floor of the building, with 3 flights of stairs to reach the unit. There is no elevator. Please be mindful of small children, elderly, or those with mobility issues, as this property may not be suitable for everyone.
ACCESS:
You will have access to the entire unit, including the garage; with the exception of 1 locked hall closet.
PARKING:
-40 ft. garage is included. The garage is tandem parking. It is very narrow, with a 7ft garage door. Garage door opener is not provided.
-Oversized vehicles (large trucks and some SUV's) may not fit in the garage.

HOA Rules & Regulations:
CONDO DOCK/MARINA USE:
In order to use the boat launch and/or marina, you must add "Laguna Nueva COA" to your boat insurance, with $300k additional insurance coverage. Proof of insurance must be sent to host prior to usage.
*If you plan on bringing a boat/jetski - a WATERCRAFT REGISTRATION FORM is required by our HOA.
At the time of your booking or ASAP, please be prepared to provide information such as:
-Model and make of your watercraft
-Registration/hull number
-License plate number for trailer
Boat slips are on a first-come, first-serve basis with only one (1) slip per unit. You may dock overnight, but be aware of water levels. Based on water release levels, the river is often times not accessible until later in afternoon.
*No roping or reserving slips allowed
*Max boat length is 26 ft.
Water release schedule is available online by searching "Davis dam water release".
Trailer Parking:
-Parking within the complex is limited & operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
-Overnight parking is available in an auxiliary dirt lot; however, trailers may be difficult to maneuver.
If you do not plan on using the Condo's dock/marina, there are nearby public launch ramps:
