Great location with nice little balcony and beach views. Fun aesthetic choices. Comfortable bed, though could use some more pillows. Modern, clean bathroom and kitchen. Living area layout is a little odd—could be arranged differently to better maximize the relatively small space. Nitpicks aside, still a great value for anyone wanting to stay in Manhattan Beach.

This place is genuinely comfortable, sparkling clean and so relaxing! It is packed with everything you need and the balcony with the view is perfect. All the thorough instructions for parking, check in and door code were so helpful and the host quickly responds to every message. Highly recommend.

A few hours b4 check-in host sent email with a new, different, address. The new unit location was a rundown property. Stairs to upstairs unit were dirty and dark. Door pass didn't work, used 2nd code. In the shower was a 10 gallon orange Home Depot bucket and a red suitcase size unit with hoses in living room. I had no idea what they were for until I went to take a shower that night and no hot water. Texted host and he told me that gas had been turned off on Fri. Sent me a link on how to use the red unit in living room and bucket. He knew no hot water and didn't give me notice b4 checking in. Said gas company coming tomorrow between 7am and 8pm and asked me to stay around and let them in. (gas stove had gas) At this point I wasn't sure when hot water would be turned on and didn't trust the host after so many deceptions. Checked out that morning! Towels were mismatches, the few they supplied. I asked for a full refund. Host said no but would give 30% of one night stay and no refund for all 6 nights. I called VRBO for help. A lot of apologies but no help, just excuse.
